i gave this place a pretty good review last week...then i went into collect my "free preroll" from Tru Med for writing the leafly review...i was informed by staff that they were "out of free pre-rolls" I have been doing this long enough to know that that means Tru Med is rolling up trims and scraps in their promotional prerolls...that is a bogus way to dispense subpar medication...that's like picking pills up off the floor and putting them in the bottle.

first time patient. the staff seemed very knoweledgable on strains and were very cool and easy to talk to. i would definitly recommend this dispensary their flower is top notch. im excited to visit again because i would like to try their concentrates i hit my limit so i couldnt get any lol

Best in Town !! I travel a distance , passing several other dispensaries to get to Tru Med. The staff is great , the flower is fantastic and in general they beat the rest by a bunch!!!

I like the physical location of the businesses. on my way home from work and right off 2 freeways. The staff are very friendly and knowledge. The business is clean and professional as well as upbeat and non-intrusive. I recommend this dispensary to everyone with a MM card.

First of all, the buildings are beautiful combined with plenty of parking which is equally as nice. The waiting room is extremely clean and is host to a bathroom which is convenient. The dispensary is without a doubt one of the nicest ones that I have been to yet. My bud tender Jessi was extremely helpful, knowledgable and honest with her personal opinion compared to other bud tenders about certain product. The quality of the flower there is absolutely some of the best I've seen before. The prices are a little steep but for the quality and service you receive it is well worth it. Luke my cashier was very friendly and conversational, they do a good job of keeping a comfortable atmosphere for all patients. Tru Med is definitely a top dispensary in the greater Phoenix are and I look forward to my next visit. Thanks!
