So far the best flowers I've seen in Phoenix. Super knowledgable staff and a great Sativa selection!! It's a well run business and the prices do reflect that, but the medicine does back it up compared to the competition. I will be back for sure.

Tru med is one of my favorites! My experience there is always amazing and the flower and concentrates are A1. Some of the best in the valley in my opinion
This is not my first visit or review for these guys, but rather an updated opinion. Firstly, I absolutely LOVE Tru|Med and everything they provide us patients, from the first-class facility to the high quality meds and the amazing staff. I was coming here exclusively on a regular basis starting a few months ago, but recently, and unfortunately, that's changed. Here is why: 1) You close at 6pm on 4 out of 6 days Monday-Saturday. Shutting things down an hour earlier than the majority of state licensed dispensaries may not seem like an issue, but it is for us patients who have to drive a bit further to come to your location. Several times I have tried leaving straight from work to fight traffic in hopes of making it by 6, only to arrive at 6:15 to a closed gate. By then I still have enough time to drive all the way out to AZCS in El Mirage by 7pm and get just as high quality of meds. It's a killer 2.5 hour round trip for me, but it's essentially become my only option with you guys closing earlier than most. 2) There are rarely specials. The 4-gram sampler and $100 quarters are static and always available so I wouldn't exactly consider those specials, $100 top-shelf quarters are readily available at several other reputable locations as well. Only a couple times has a special been posted that intrigued me enough to come in on a day I wasn't planning to. In my opinion, that is the purpose for specials! 3) While in the waiting room during a recent visit, another patient whom I've ran into multiple times there asked me if I was part of the VIP Program as well. My response was one of the clueless nature seeing as though not a single Tru|Med employee has made mention of a VIP Program or what it takes to achieve this secretive status, and I've had the pleasure of meeting almost all of the staff. I find this bothersome and I'm sure some of your other loyal patients will feel a lack of appreciation as well. I was purchasing more than him on a weekly basis, but because he has the ability to come in every other day for a gram or little more due to living only a couple blocks away, we who drive from further out once a week and purchase larger quantities become inferior. I can't seem to justify that no matter which way I look at it. I can count on 2 fingers how many times Tru|Med has tossed in a free gift (one of which they were giving to everyone), whereas Arizona Cannabis Society has given me a free pre-roll every time I've driven out there because they remember me and that I drove over an hour just to get there. That is the difference in compassion and patient appreciation that I'm trying to point out. I'm not saying you guys should start handing out freebies as if you're a charity, but people tend to seek out other places if they don't feel appreciated. Sorry for the lengthy review, I just felt I needed to be somewhat thorough so that you will understand I'm not here just to gripe. I'm writing this because I love Tru|Med and I want to remain coming here and watching this place grow, but for now it looks like I'll continue being an every-once-in-awhile visitor.
Overall good experience. Selection was a bit low when I went in last time, but sales person said that would be remedied soon. Nice quality flowers.
TruMed is on point with their high quality flower and concentrates. Usually our budtenders Nick, Lily and Gabby are always super helpful and very friendly. All their employees are highly knowledgable and will help you find out what meds are right for you. I would recommend this dispensary to anyone looking for top shelf meds in Arizona.
TALK ABOUT QUALITY! Do yourself a favor and check this place out. I was a first time patient over a month ago and left extremely satisfied. Their prices are a little steep for me but you are definitely paying for the awesome quality. They grow all their own strains, which keeps the employees extremely knowledgeable about their product (and friendly!) The staff is awesome and welcoming as well as the atmosphere! This shop deserves to be phoenix's number one dispensary if it isn't already. Keep up the good work, tru|med! You're killing it out there!

Closest one to me in Scottsdale. Friendly staff. Seemed to push leaflet a lot but didn't have the stands or that many strands when I went in. They said they had a bunch coming in that evening. Pretty legit and on par with the others around town. Didn't have to wait very long and the strains they had looked extremely high quality.
KABAM! The great "true" no pun intended " Med"once again outdid themselves! I've said it before, and I'll say it again, these ppl know what they are doing! Please take my advise, stop wasting time, and go ger what you pay for. If you wang the best there is only one way... That would b Tru-med hands down! Not to b a cocky know it all , but I am, been growing for over 12 yrs, when I'm here I go to the one and only place!!!!! Yep I'm a huge pot snob! BOOM GO"s the DYNAMITE! Again no need to look any further, this is your place! Great crew,great attitude, a+ medical product! I have been to a few dispensaries and this is one of the better ones. The flower is great quality and I liked how they let you pick the actual nugs you will be taking home. The service is awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a very comforting and welcoming environment, and the staff knows their stuff. It is a bit pricy, but you really get what you pay for.
Fantastic quality, atmosphere and staff. This is the go to dispensary if you do not want to be disappointed.

So I recently got my medical card, and the doctor had messed up sent the wrong picture (the picture is of my brother, who went through the same doctor to get card) to the state but all my correct information. So my card has all my info except my picture. I've gone to other dispensaries and they all excepted my card because I also brought my state ID and the verification paper work from my doctor. I tried going to tru Meds and got turned down. The manager was nice and front desk lady was nice at times, but I thought it was EXTREMELY rude that the front desk worker said to my face "I don't believe you" when I tried to explain everything about my card. I can't do anything about it, I understand why they had reasons not to except it, but it was very unnecessary for her to say " I don't believe you." Other than that, seems like a good dispensary.

this dispensary has the highest quality buds out of all of the places ive been in the valley. You will pay a little more than other places but the quality is worth it. The staff is very informative. its my favorite place to go in the valley
