tru|med Dispensary (Med & Rec)

I figured I should post a little update to my first review. My first review is a few posts down. In the first paragraph I complained that my 8ths did not weigh out. Well I went back last Friday. I did bring up how my 8ths did not weigh out but I also stressed that it's not a big deal. I was greeted with apologies and legitimate concern from everyone in that building. I repeated over and over again it's not a big deal. It really goes to show that the people that run this place really have a great deal of pride in the shop and I commend them for it. The budtender who helped me out was wonderful. Not only did he know a lot about the product, he also could carry a conversation. Because of his casual attitude and approach, I ended up buying twice as much as I intended to. He wasn't trying to sell me anything, he just made the buds seem really good and I wanted to try them. In my opinion, it's the best attitude to approach sales and something tells me he wasn't even trying. The flavors I got were once again fantastic. It leads me to believe that this dispensary is the "go to" dispensary in the valley. They really have a good grasp on how to grow some high quality meds. Thank you Tru Med. Fantastic!!!

Really professional and efficient. The best quality of flower and concentrates I have seen in the Valley.

I just got off of work and It was a convenient dispensary to go to so I tried it and this place is great. They were friendly, VERY helpful and patient with me. They assisted me when I barely walked through the door. They had a peaceful and comforting atmosphere and had a lot of different strains on the wall to choose from. Staff was helpful and other patients helped me decide what were good strains to choose. They even let you pick your OWN bag of weed. Lol would come back there again for sure.

Went in recently for the first. Had my card for awhile, but prices and selection never had me try them. But recently they started offering house concentrates and competitive pricing, so I stopped in to try it out. Wow, great stuff. Their GSC shatter had immediate effect and long lasting. The Lucid Dream was mellow and shorter lasting, but still rather good. Definitely going to try more

Best in AZ... Perfect meds... Beautiful, strong, nice size buds, perfect cure. Friendly staff. Incredible growers. Thanks tru. Love your sales but think they could cater to medicine needs better. One star off due to hardly ever having gluten free brownies. Had one and it was great very strong!

The best place to score a lid. The good strains are becoming more known about so therefore are becoming harder to score. Pre 98 Bubba is their best, Presidential I would say is next and once in a while I will fuck with the King Louis. The greatest customer service the industry has to offer. These people are accommodating and always pleasant, all the way down to the security outside.

Fantastic selection of medication. The buds taste just like they smell. Nice environment. Will return when I'm in this area.

This is hands down my favorite dispensary in the valley. Every time I go there I get treated better then the last time. And their shatter pens are easily the best on the market right now.

Easy 5 stars. Everyone is always nice and willing to take extra time to answer questions or help with your needs. Great quality and always a short wait in lobby. Only downside is a lack of discounts or specials compared to other places around the valley. IMO is a huge bummer.
