I've been shopping here for 2+ years and this is a great store with great products and awesome, knowledgeable service.

Product is always great, for the most part the employees are always upbeat and know the products. My only issue happened yesterday (Wed 8-3-22). I showed up at 10:01, and was in bad pain as it was. I already had an order placed hours earlier. And was racing to get there on time. Anyway I was turned away by the front desk guy. The thing is I come from a generation where we don't turn people (aka business) away over a minute or 3. Especially when the person express's a very humble almost begging attitude. Regardless I didn't argue, just quicky left when he said it was past closing. Here's the thing, security let me in like at 9:59. By the time I parked and got in it was 10:01 and 10:02 before he came to the window. But what rubbed me wrong was how when I asked the security guard if he thought they would serve me he said "I don't know but I'm sure they will see you're a regular and they might help". Well it didn't help, and to boot the guy wasn't one bit empathetic about turning me out at 2 minutes after. But the security guy made up for it and was very empathetic and seemed quite surprised. These are the things that will make any company standout. It all seemed to start with Covid, and many stores having all of this extra "cleaning" they were required to do. Hence their rational for being ball-busters and not only announcing over the intercom every 10 minutes before they close. But sending someone around to also user people out. (Not saying that's done here) but it can feel the same, as it did last night. Maybe I'm just too old school. But I can say that my management style would quicky write up my employees for herding people like cattle and turning away business minutes after closing. The world is hard enough, people, chill some a bud! Oh wait you probably already have! LoL. I don't know then! 😀

Trumed is and always will be the place to go if you want the best flower and best concentrate in town. Hands down favorite place to shop, flower is always 🔥 And the staff is amazing!
