Verilife - Chicago

Well, today was the 1st time I was disappointed with the dismissed behavior of the person servicing me. She was overertly rude, and I assumed it was my attempt to be friendly. I am a senior citizens and I usually visit with my dogs and the employees, and even security has been professional and quite lovely. I was following the energy she exuded enthusiasm and warmth with the prior customer, so I was upbeat. After she dismissed me before I reached the exit , she resumed her gregarious energy to the next customers. Yes, I did not leave my usual 3.00 tip, which I should have because it robbed the others from sharing it. p.s. She did not share my points saved, nor asked me if I wanted to use any money toward my purchase. Now, I am questioning if she applied the senior citizen discount. Wow. I really like this location. Love the atmosphere of this store - variety of product, merch and accessories. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, close to the city center - I'll be back!

Would not recommend for international young people. Verilife can’t verify foreign official ID and asks of its customers to bring their passport. Super goofy that this is a thing at their dispensary because it’s not anywhere else.

Had an absolutely terrible experience with the manager. Verilife sold me a defective cartridge. When I went into the store the people working up front told me there is a known defect with the matter cartridges, so I walk up to the managers counter she tells me she can’t do the return because I shopped at a different location. She was very rude about it offering no apology for the inconvenience and laughed me away. Will never shop at another verilife location ever again when customer service is far superior at any other dispensary in Chicago.

Always friendly and punctual. Could not ask for more from a shop.
