Great customer service from a young lad named Torrey. Charisma, panache, pizazz, you name it and Torrey has it in spades! He didn’t just help me, he did it with style, and I’m a better person for the experience.

had online order. advised front door order was online. 2 walk ins ahead of me in waiting room. had to wait so walkins could be served first. employees failed to recognize i had online order to be called in front of walkins. employee then rang up order on wrong patient account. i had to wait while he rang up my order a second time and applied discount. after 2 different delays nobody offered or made any attempt at the standard free product or discount during bad experience. the next morning i received email that on line order was canceled because i did not show up. I drive a long way because your quality and prices are great. Why dont employees recognize your store policy that online med patients are bumped to front of line before walkins? could it be they dont respect mgt.

Danielle was great and very helpful explaining different strains. the store has a higher variety of higher testing strains than many other dispos in the area I've been to. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend

Yilo Superstore located on 2841 W Thunderbird Rd B, Phoenix, AZ 85053, is the one & only dispensory that I shop at for all of my herbal needs. They always have really good deals on their products. And all of their emplyees are FUGGIN AMAZEBALLS!!!

I’m very intrigued and came by because this is a local dispensary so I will leave my further thoughts after the flower I purchased and I’m excited to try!

I have been a loyal Medical customer for some time. I have always had great quality and service. With the recent change in laws, it has opened this dispensary to the public. I was highly disappointed to find that patients and public are now checked in together, in the same line, people were allowed to pack the place during a psndemic, some permitted to enter and purchase mask free, children running through the parking lot with no supervision, and most disappointing of all, no priority for pre order or patient status. I waited an hour to be served a leafy order, placed 7 hours prior.
