my number one store!! Avry is the absolutely the best! love seeing her smiling face when I get in.

Now that they have gone rec, they took away some specials, they could have kept them for medical but decided to remove them. They don’t care about their clients that have always supported them. Shame really. I support rec, but I won’t support yilo anymore. I know they won’t miss me, but the 1000’s a year I spend years will support other facilities that are treating their clientele that has kept them going before recreational. Shame because the employees are pretty cool. But ownership is lacking. I hope they get bought out by a better company!!

Admittedly I’m very new to all of this, and Yilo is only the 2nd dispensary I’ve ever been to, however the difference between Yilo and the other were night and day! Yilo is brightly lit with an open plan. The two people I’ve met as greeters in the entry have been very warm and friendly ( I’d like to give a special shout out to Nick not only for being kind, knowledgable and professional, but for actually remembering me after my 2nd or 3rd visit!). Regarding the bud tenders, as with anything, some are decidedly more knowledgable and patient than others, which I’m sure works fine for the majority of customers. They appear to have a consistent variety of edibles and imho a relatively diverse array of flower. In sum, I’m not the most bud-savvy person but I like Yilo, I feel comfortable there and will continue to give them my business.

This place has no plan or standard for social distancing. They fill up the lobby with no regard for the health or safety of the patients. Rude management. No security. This place is a mess!

The most variety of any store in Phoenix! I love their syringes dozens of strains that are edible for someone like me with emphysema. I can still enjoy the different varieties and I don’t have to smoke it.

ppl are great, weed is great also just do your home work and see who has the best at the time you are buying. I only use two dispensary. yilo and one other. I do from who has the best my home work and get what i want from who has the best at the time service changed when rec user came on board.

My go to place when I need some guidance to try something new or even just a quick pick up, yilo takes care of it all and their staff is always kind!

I have been going to Yilo for years and I have never been disappointed. Great service and product every time I go. Stewart took great care of me and was very helpful when I had questions.

Budtender ANGELICA was Awesome !! It was a busy day... Lunch hour ... She right away got me the flower I was looking at, and also brought several other choices... How Lovely!! She also knows her cannabis, and is extremely warm and friendly with a most beautiful smile !! Thanks again
