YiLo Superstore - Thunderbird (Med/Rec)

Every time I come to this place everyone is so pleasant and helpful I promise you that this is the place to be phil

This is the best store around for the Meds that I need. The people are the best and can answer any question we have. Thanks Mr B

I like this place so far ... So good

I love Yilo products. I enjoy the consistent pricing and menu. The product is good and it is some of my favorite in the valley. The atmosphere could use a facelift but that's just me. Love Yilo :)

Been coming for a few years now I went today and their was a very long line due to legal adult sales. I was picking up an online order. Disappointed that I was told to wait in the long long for the online order. Also disappointed there by is not a separate line for patients. I left without picking up my online order as the line was moving very slow. I went to my other dispensary, medical only, and was in and out in 5 minutes. I did an online order to save time. If they won't separate patients and legal adults, they should at least honor the online orders in some respect. Not sure if I will be going back. I hope they change their policy as I do enjoy the shop and people.

I love the atmosphere and vibe all employees are very helpful and nice

Nicholas was great! It was my first time in and he was very helpful and informative. It was very clean and welcoming, everyone was friendly. It was speedy and reasonably priced. Points are always nice too! Thanks for the help Nicholas and crew.

Both woman at the front and the guy at the counter were very helpful.

Kathy was great today.. best bud-tender ever.

Yilo has great customer service. They always do a great job. The bud tenders have the upmost care for their patients and treat you well. I would highly recommend this dispensary. Thank you guys 👍

My favorite stop of the day.

This location is 5 starts all the way around !!! Every budtender has great costumer service I love how welcoming they are everyone has Great vibes unlike other dispensaries that get you in and out they actually get to know their customers hold real conversation I love the fact I get greeted by name before I get checked in it’s just an all around great atmosphere to be in and the prices are great !

Great customer service and great deals!

Great customer service!

Love coming here because they are always extremely friendly and helpful. Their concentrates are good and their flower is top tier.

I love that every time I come into the Yilo Dispensary that the vibe is always positive and very uplifting, they have a wide selection of marijuana, edibles, wax, cartridges (+more) even the ability to purchase your own marijuana plants! I got to speak with Ronald and Caleb at the thunderbird location today both had amazing vibes and were very helpful! Ronald helped me with purchasing the bud I wanted and even took the time to check my points I accumulated to see if I could use it with the change I had left over and I am very appreciative. Caleb had a high vibe as soon as he picked up the phone when I called a couple minutes ago and connected with me by talking about what I like to do in my spare time and we were able to relate & I love that! He also walked me through getting on the leafly app to be able to extend the gratitude I feel through expressing it to all of you. Thank you again and create a beautiful day ❤️💛💚

Always good weed and concentrates. The staff is also real cool. One of my favorite dispensaries.

Why do we card holders have to pay more because its recreational. Last week we had strains cheaper then 40. Why do we have to pay more and get screwed outbof paying for our cards thats wrong. The streets have cheaper deals and the SAME flower or whatever you buy.....lol

the custumer service is great. The selection is great plus irs a one stop shop because of the full smoke shop in the dispo

Cody was awesome
