I just wrote a review I forgot to mention as we were speaking with the female bud tender at the end Dominic came over like a hall monitor trying to tell the female bud tender we have to go to the back of the line even though we were not buying anything we just had a question and had just left Dominic one second earlier. And my wife and I laughed in his face
Avoid this place. They sell faulty disposable cartridges and refuse to help. Would not replace nor refund.

I wasn't going to leave a review, but after seeing you raised the price of your trash Wedding Cake strain to $440 an OZ, I have to. I bought a OZ of the Wedding Cake strain a couple weeks ago and got home to find out it smelled and tasted terrible, made me throw up. After 2 days of calling, I finally email and got a response that I could bring it back and exchange it. I brought it back and the bud tender admitted that it smelled like it was very moldy and that he couldn't even deal with the smell. Not only did you not stop selling a moldy strain but now you doubled the price of it. The Bubba Kush strain they replaced it with was trash also. Don't waste your money on there moldy weed.

As a medical patient and someone with a grandma who is a medical patient with cancer! You guys are evil. 180 $ an ounce to 440$ an ounce? Now cancer and aids patients can’t get their medicine so you can profit! Great . You guys are evil. I hope the CEO has trouble sleeping at night. Seriously people without chronic conditions can’t afford their medicine to keep them healthy now. My mother is a nurse and has a patient with epilepsy who used MUV products. Now this patient can’t ge their medicine as well and you’re losing business from everyone. Your company put on a front as a place to help people and provide medicine and you immediately abandoned all of us. I will be growing from now on and gifting free medicine to every patient I know. May your business fail and lose all customers. Evil company. I’m going to find groups of medical patients and were all gonna grow 12 plants with our husbands and wives and were going to gift free medicine and homemade medical products to every medical patient we can find so no one supports yours or any other dispensary who proved they don’t care about people with chronic conditions and even dying individuals. I hope your owner can’t sleep at night.
Rec people you can find better on the black market for like 1/3 of the price! Keep your dealers! Or better yet grow your own!

I have been a medicinal patient for 11 years. Since going Rec prices have sky rocketed! Medicinal specials are no more and what you guys call a discount is a complete joke! For instance I use to buy 3 carts for same price I pay now for 2! Use to get an ounce for $180 now it’s $350. It’s spun that medicinal get discounts recs don’t and tax is less but when you Jack prices so high we are still paying more than before so how can you spin it as a good thing?! Guess we can all just go back to black market and pay less and no tax! Just like everything else, prices just keep going up. Soon will be priced out of business. The staff is great and super friendly but very unhappy with pricing. My $30 bottle of Tito’s last waaaaaaay longer just sayin!

Likes: Wait time for Leafly express orders seemed to move quickly. Now idk if it’s because I was the only one in line or if it normally does, but that’s my experience 👍
Now for the nitty gritty, overall the items in the menu pretty much match what was available in store. Some dispensaries don’t list everything so you could miss out on deals. Now as for what I bought, which I felt was priced okay $45- $50 an 1/8 for top tier (they say). It is 20% off already so using your FTP here is pointless unless they have something you really want that isn’t already marked down. Bummer for those of us making BIGGER purchases!
I wouldn’t be so irritated 😤 by this if my flower was worth the purchase. I have to say I won’t be coming back. My flower so damn dry when you shake the bottle it sound like my grandma blood pressure medicine. 💊 The prepacks ain’t no better. 😔 Mine literally says batch date 12/28/2020 😧 sounding like a bag of literal popcorn 🤦🏾♀️
I feel like I should at least be getting fresh flower for what is being charged. And tbh they need to go head and run me 20% back for the amount of money I have to spend on humidity packs and mason jars to give it a lil ummph. Hopefully the flower is good once I bring it BACK TO LIFE 🎶 but for now ISSA FIRM NO FOR ME. 🗣

Place was legit I thought, then I got the Royal Cherry Diesel last week. Now, I am actually learning to grow presently and bought a microscope to look at Trichrome’s to see when to harvest my buds :) . So I didn’t like the taste of the weed so I put it under my scope kinda for fun since it was new. Well what I found was little black fiber and not many trichomes I saw some smashed headless ones , but what I did see is some kind of Brown and some white Crystal. Material that looked sprayed on. Looks like sugar wax to me. Still have the weed if MUV wants to challenge my Accusation and they still have the Strain on their menu as of today. Sorry I used to recommended you guys to everyone now it will be quite the opposite. I am Medical FYI.

Way to go MUV for price gouging solely because you can due to recreational marijuana being legalized.
I come to y’all for the Black Mamba strain you grow that is hard to come by. I drive almost an hour from the Queen Creek area just because you have what I want. Normally an ounce is $180.
Today I saw you had it and the price was $360 for an ounce! I even called to verify it wasn’t a typo. Have y’all lost your minds? That’s ABSURD not to mention repulsive!!!!!
Way to go for screwing faithful customers!
Get it together or I’ll NEVER be back!

Zoë H was such an amazing help! Not only did she make me feel comfortable but she made me feel like it was a family in there! Zach M was my bud tender, unbelievably knowledgeable and was able to point me in the right direction for meds. I’m not normally happy with my wait time and product when I come in but these two made the wait time and product I left with make me want to come back! Thank you Zoë and Zach 🤙🏼

Fat receptionist lady with red/burgundy hair was so rude to me and another medical patient. She told us both that we had not been there before and we had many many times. We’ve been going there longer than she’s had that weak little position there. She asked him for his ID, he had it but she was useless and couldn’t find him in the system. I didn’t have my ID but regardless, she was still useless as a rock and couldn’t find me. The black man with the afro found us both in the system easily so he’s okay. The terrible customer service along with the high prices helped us decide to never come back again. The flower is not good enough to be charging $55 an eighth. You must think you’re Grow Sciences or something. You letting the money get to your head, pipe down fr.
Grow Sciences does NOT drop to MÜV anymore because they tried to charge $60 eighths that were set at $50 by GS. Look it up on reddit! It’s true. ☺️ I will NEVER be back and I don’t recommend any of y’all come either. A huge waste of money.

Waited 45 minutes to learn the check in desk did not actually check me in when I showed them my medical card. They gave me a free pre roll to say sorry for wasting my time but I couldn’t smoke it, a 6% testing throat burner. I’m left even more annoyed at this new location than the old one where they at least did not let me sit in their lobby for an hour waiting for nothing. Going to Sol Flower instead now. MUV still providing the worst experience possible for their customers. Could not have made a more frustrating experience for your longtime customer giving you another chance. Won’t make this mistake again.

I used to be a loyal customer here until they jacked the prices up 3x from what they used to be. Thanks. Nothing about this process is helping “MEDICAL” patients, it’s all about money. Thanks for the memories, and don’t reply saying we’re adjusting to rec. There are other disp. who have not raised prices for Med patients.

Assisted by Emilee D. She neglected to review my leafy order which ended up being wrong. This bud tender was not given adequate training. Waiting area is a mess no organization for people waiting. I had to wait until everyone who was checking in just to pick up a order made online.

Muv has always been above average! Sometimes a little pricey,but you got Quality! In the past year they have gotten even Better! They always have a couple top shelf strains that they sell low,with killer potency! I shop everywhere and the service and the Staff here are the Best! Brandon the security guard at the front door is extremely incompetent. I don't know how anyone would allow someone of his nature to posses a firearm or a ccw for that matter. I walked up to the front door to hand him my card. He takes it and tells me theres 1 person ahead of me and only 4 people allowed inside. I had a pickup order. I say okay and take a step back to the waiting sign. A couple minutes goes by and another guy walks up in front of me and walks right inside and hands him (Brandon) his card. I see him tell the guy unusually aggressively that he needs to get in the other line. Another minute or so goes by and I see the girl who was ahead of me walk out with her order. as the door is still open from her leaving I walk up and catch the door real quick. As Im asking if I can come inside now since she was the fourth person, I'm met with a forearm to the chest by Brandon shoving me backwards asking what I'm doing. I simply said she was the fourth person like you said, then told him he has no rights to put his hands on me or any customer for no reason. there was no threatening or aggressive movement made by me or the tone of my voice. So now as I'm asking for his name he just interrupts me and says you probably want me to get a manager huh? I said well since you offered man sure. (seems like this isn't the first time this has happened with this guy) I would never be coming back here again if it wasn't for Anthony the manager who made everything cool. He gave me a free pre roll took my name and number down and made me feel like he actually gave a shit about their customer service. Kudos to my boy Anthony for fixing the situation. Brandon though has some serious issues with all that aggressiveness. Last time I checked this industry isn't down with all that.
It's OVER! Looks like there are no more discounts. I could not get a discount for medical. I could not get a discount for senior. I could not get a discount for military veteran. What you see on the website is the price you pay plus tax. MUV store has turned into a ghost town, almost always empty. Now I know why. I'll boycott this place and go back to shopping around again. Not what I want but I'm left with no choice.

Hate when they do the first 50 get a freebie. Should find a way to spread the love. Some of us work for a living and can’t make store opening to get a freebie. Medical patient for 11 years and still get pooped on.
