Thanks for always treating me well and the MUV 1:1 lotion 200 mg is AMAZING. This is my 3rd or 4th purchase of it. It was out of stock for quite some time so very excited to see it in stock again. I also picked up my 3rd purchase of Savvy "Cherry On Top" a favorite, always keeping an eye out for it and Cherry Malt. Haven't tried it yet. I am sure it is delightful. Thanks again guys.

Another great experience and my favorite Phoenix dispensary. I had a wonderful experience with my budtender Evan. I just got out of the hospital and lost a job so I would have liked to leave a nice tip but I'll make up for it, I always do. Check thos rad place out!

I normally love my visit with this place. Not this time. Tyler C. was very rude and unprofessional toward my friend and myself. He first tries to tell me as a medical patient that the reason I am not sleeping is because of the cannabis, his doctor says. My doctor recommended it to me for PTSD nightmares and sleep by the way. I had a pre-order and the areopay did not work even though I had enough to pay for the 27$ and change worth of items. I had 31.50 in that account. You need to have $42.00. I showed Tyler what I had. I went to the ATM, called my friend over so she could transfer money to me real quick so I could use the ATM again because the Areopay was not working. It was my first time using it. I came back to Tyler who now had taken another customer even though he said he would be right there for me, and tells me I can get back in line if I want to. I found out he told my friend prior to me calling her over to the ATM that he needed to get back to work...yes it was busy, with customers....I am one of those customers and the entire transactions would have been short. There was no time for me as the medical patient that I am even though the areopay did not work and I needed to go to the ATM to get the money to pay for my PTSD medicine that does work for me to be able to sleep nightmare free and just sleep in general...I also can't eat well without it. Be carful, as a patient I did not get the quality of care I feel we all should get when picking up our meds at this place of service. Now how should I feel about their new pay system and Tyler. I don't want drama at my store when I go for my med pick up. I hope I don't have to move due to lack of care.

Garbage. Placed an order and order was cancelled on my way there. Called to find out what happened, no answer and i was transferred to customer service line. They put me on hold for 15 mins trying to “figure out the issue” then finally when they get back on the line they say “sorry still waiting on an answer, should only be another 5-10”. People like this give us cannabis users a bad name. Complete waste of time

I trusted the process, zen me some good vibes. Nope, low quality at a very expensive price! They recommend the Bubble Bath x Purple Ombre Cake 1g Live Solventless, Rosin for 90 a gram. I’ve honestly never had a worse badder. It was completely runny and hard to even scoop out. I had to refrigerate it and that helped but the taste was lost. Terrible & Terpenless, what a disappointment. The expensive stuff isn’t worth the hype as I’ve had better for 15 a gram.

Saw you had a BOGO on Item 9 Pods. I placed an order online and when I picked it up was told it was for the cartridges. Then why did you have a photo of the LIVE RESIN POD with the BOGO? Bad way to advertise. A waste of my time!!!

worst dispensary in the state of Arizona. they were price gouged medical patients. and took complete advantage of customers when recreational was passed. greedy big pharma owns this dispensary Altmed a pharmaceutical company based out of Florida that decided to get their grimey money hungry hands in, the Cannabis industry.

I have been a patient/customer of MUV-AZ for most of this year, spending a hefty amount of money with this dispensary. I have been to many other dispensaries in and out of state, and would NEVER see what I witnessed in the lobby on 12/3. In line outside the lobby, I was 1st to go in, then an elderly man is next behind me with his service dog. I did not know the man, but we had a good connection. I have experience training dogs to be of service for humans( Alert, PTSD etc ). All sizes and breeds from Shepards to Chihuahuas. His dog was a bigger mix breed, well trained, well behaved, zero signs of aggression. Very kind. The security guard that day was clearly uneducated of the ADA laws for service animals. I was appalled on how this situation was handled. After I give the front desk person my MMJ card, the older man with service animal comes in behind me, but the security guard tries to stop him saying the dog needs a vest if it is a service animal - INCORRECT. The man kindly stood up for his rights and the service animals rights , and the security guard runs inside the dispensary just to grab a manager?? Only 2 questions you may legally ask - 1. Is this a service animal? 2. What task(s) does it perform? And that is protected in all 50 states in America. Thanks to the ADA laws from 1988. As we sit in the lobby, waiting patiently to get our medicine, a manager ( he would not give me his name) came out and approached the man and says " Hi sir, sorry but we have had someone get bit before, so we need to make sure the dog is vested up". -INCORRECT This manager then sets my PTSD off. I quickly stand up to acknowledge the manager for what he is doing, but to please read our service animals cards ( both the man and I have them for uneducated people to read in these circumstances, and what the ADA laws are.) The "manager" refused to look at cards, told us he doesn't need to read it. The man, " I have PTSD and you need to learn the laws" I quickly grabbed my MMJ card back, when a budtender came out and called my name and I took my business elsewhere. I am so disgusted with the treatment we received that day. I wish I knew who that man is, so we could go together on this to file a claim with the ADA and your business. I tried to call back to receive managers name again, and they refused to give it to me, and said he would call me back after getting my phone number. I never received a call. Ironically, one of your budtenders gave me an assistant managers business card months ago because we do commercial real estate and I was talking about helping dispensaries expand out here. He stated they were the one to talk to about that as he mentioned them trying to move to an old drive-thru bank, but were unable to with our state regulations? Both the man and I did not receive our medicines and we clearly will be going elsewhere. I even purchased a MUV vape pen that was a lemon, and I could not even get that replaced. I just left that on the lobby counter. This incident gets my heart going every time I think about it, and I find it to be unreal that a healing facility like a dispensary would show such actions. I am not sure what you can do to ease this situation from my end, but I figured I would let you know what happened before filing a complaint.

AltMed/MUV is now owned by a huge conglomerate, probably traceable to Monsanto. They sold for 15.8 BILLION dollars. B-ILLION: "CHICAGO and SARASOTA, Fla, Nov. 11, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Verano Holdings, LLC (“Verano”), a leading multi-state cannabis owner, operator, and manager today announced the signing of a definitive merger agreement to acquire and combine operations with Alternative Medical Enterprises, LLC, Plants of Ruskin, LLC, and affiliated companies (collectively, “AltMed”)" Someone has to pay for that. So they have sold me bags grossly underweight but this time they substituted Strawnana Popcorn Shake made by MUV for the Genesis Strawberry Banana, and the buds were so small they were a disgrace to small buds, even. WTF?? Two calls, managers refuse to come to the phone. "Nothing we can do." Well there's something I can do so last night I filed a consumer fraud complaint with the AG. Today I will relish filing the same complaint with DHS. 150 bucks a half for buds the size of a letter on your keyboard. They sure don't look like the picture but I screen shotted everything, took pics and left them to answer the coming questions. This is bs. You have feet, guys. Beat feet from these backroom scammers. The prices are through the roof and yes it's spreading but they are leading the way. It's your hard-earned money, this is the weed you are stuck with 'til next payday, right? Right. They say 20% off? No sir, its the marked price, they say you are now getting 20% off what the recreational guys are paying. What a scam! BTW, this new prop SUCKS. First page, $15 million to the "Teacher's Academy (whatever that is). $10 million to the police for commissions and happy money-spending waste garbage. And for us? For the complete enforcement package startup? $1 million. We are paying for that. Grow, Baby Grow! These dispensaries all suck. Set up a grow tent for $150. Let's dump this rotten system!
