Only got a single preroll even though there was a bogo on it

So I went to Zenleaf on Dunlap/43rd ave. today because they had Abundant Organics Flower on sale (Bogo) so i ordered online 2 1/8's 35 dollars a 1/8 .Thinking that was a good Deal since most places charge 50 a 1/8. So I get there to buy my product and find out it was 3.5 grams Repackaged with there own bags leaving out a gram . Where they advertise the Jars in there menu which are 4.5 grams not 3,5 That's all just disappointed

The Drip brand Blue Raspberry & lemon 100mg, Rosin Syrup Drink has a questionable amount of THC in it. They don’t have any effect, it was like drinking thick water. The taste wasn’t anything of the flavors on the label. Just an all around garbage product. I would recommend anyone who medicates this way to try different brand, it was a total ripoff.

I just wanna say they don’t honor their own Zenleaf Plus app deals. Julian the budtender, picks and chooses who gets these deals. The price was where it was supposed to be at, but Julian said it was too much of a discount. Then he said a different price, a higher price and I told him about how he had honored the deal for my good friend just an hour before. My good friend also disclosed that Julian had honored it 4 times already so again…. HE CHOSE TO HONOR IT but not me even though I was being nice and non-confrontational. All this for an online order off of their OWN APP that they want their consumers to use. I’ve worked in a dispensary and know they could’ve done the right thing for their customers/patients. Just overall lame and shitty experience. We barely have choices out here for dispos and y’all do us like this.

I cannot express enough the excellent experience I just had at ZEN leaf my now new favorite dispensary! I cannot think of their names but the budtender who helped LeAnne Abbott medical card holder and the manager this morning went above and beyond to help me

Zen is the BEST!!! The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable! I love the daily deals they offer! They have me coming back every week! lol 5 Stars 🌟

More bogos and more ways to stretch customer dollars like the 25% 35%&45% customer hand out I was given while making a earlier purchase 3 weeks ago. I have 2 of the 3 punches already filled

I'm not visiting any zen leaf location again. The staff is lovely, the actual dispensary policies are garbage. Points expire after 90 days and can only be viewed when downloading the app? The staff cant access or view our points anymore?! No thanks. Awesome staff, great product, garbage policies. There are plenty of other dispensaries, just beware for this chain

140 bucks for an ounce of popcorn flower - somebody tell these guys popcorn bud is going for 60-80 an ounce everywhere -especially low percentage thc. get real with your "deals"

I has a pre-order today, and couldn't have been happier with the service and product. For the life of me, I cannot recall the young lady's name who checked me out - however, she was incredibly patient and tedious. Our conversation was wonderful. Also, special shout to the Manager who was on (around 6ish), this cat was right on point. Thank you all. Madd❤PKS

The people are idiots here, budtender lady was confused about a sale at her own store and kept trying to tell me different, then realized she was wrong started apologizing then come to find out they only have one left of what I online ordered 2hrs before 🤦‍♂️ dont go here not worth it
