they need to get phone lines in the store when you call you talk to someone that is not even there its pointless I needed to clarify that something was wrong on their website which it was and the guy on the phone was completely useless so what's the point in having a guy on the phone in the first place fix that zenleaf I spoke with your employees about it they say it is a real problem so maybe do something about it

1st time in it was a mixed experience. The first budtender was kinda rude. I asked where the menu was because I had no idea of what they had I just knew it was bogo on Drip and Cresco from Leafly. He says "No, bogo is on flower" I said leafly says you have a couple brands bogo right now, do you have a menu? He says "what do you think I'm doing?" as he messed with an ipad. I said I don't know, to which he replied If you're going to talk me to me like that I don't have to help you". I said ok get me another tender. He was a white guy with a beard, he passed me off to a guy on a crutch that couldn't get logged in so he passed me to another guy that was actually cool and helpful. Because the third guy was so helpful instead of just buying a couple grams on bogo he turned me on to an edible deal so I picked up about $200 worth of meds instead of spending $60. The first guy with the beard needs to trained by the third guy that knows what he's doing!

My family and I have been customers at this location for years. Today I went for their 40% off deal store wide. I ordered online like I always do. I got a text message saying my order was ready. I stopped by and they told me they didn't fill part of my medicine. When I asked why they told me it was ready when obviously it wasn't. Austin H. told me, "well I could've canceled it". The amount of disrespect to a medical patient is ridiculous. He could've called and told me what happened but instead he just told me to deal with it. He substituted my medication for something else. This whole issue could've been solved if I simply got a phone call or text message saying hey sorry were out of something you picked would you like something else, but no I didn't not get that treatment. I'm very upset about the ordeal. After my family has spent an incredible amount of money here. We will no longer be coming back. Austin H. Needs better training with people skills. I went in today with the idea over spending over $200 like I usually do. But never again will I go here after the disrespect. I encounter this issue a lot as a younger female medical patient. I stand up for myself I will not let Austin H disrespect me like that. He gave me nothing but attitude and was disrespectful.

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened, and the sales and prices are what keeps me coming back. However, the staff always brighten my day! And today, I was helped by Jordan, who gave me some great information and helped me pick out a new edible I haven’t tried yet. They carry a 100mg $8 Grön edible that actually tastes good and isn’t a gross brownie.

I've always been able to get high quality products here. three star on service because it's hard to go in and Shop especially for flower. there is a lack of menu information at the counter and they won't let you use your phone to look at the menu. the employees are great. one of my top three in Phoenix.
