crappy attitude from bud tender and tried telling me something on menu wasn't there and tried selling me old crap Brown dirt weed. I'm not going to return.

Khyra is condescending, shady and not fully competent or her duties. Don't tell me a different price from what it suppose to be like we can't see before had or ask me if I want to round up

Not very happy I was sold Grow Sciences Drago, Dominic said it is GMO x Forbidden Fruit. indica hybrid. It's not, it's a saliva dom which I do not like. Wasted money

they need to get phone lines in the store when you call you talk to someone that is not even there its pointless I needed to clarify that something was wrong on their website which it was and the guy on the phone was completely useless so what's the point in having a guy on the phone in the first place fix that zenleaf I spoke with your employees about it they say it is a real problem so maybe do something about it

1st time in it was a mixed experience. The first budtender was kinda rude. I asked where the menu was because I had no idea of what they had I just knew it was bogo on Drip and Cresco from Leafly. He says "No, bogo is on flower" I said leafly says you have a couple brands bogo right now, do you have a menu? He says "what do you think I'm doing?" as he messed with an ipad. I said I don't know, to which he replied If you're going to talk me to me like that I don't have to help you". I said ok get me another tender. He was a white guy with a beard, he passed me off to a guy on a crutch that couldn't get logged in so he passed me to another guy that was actually cool and helpful. Because the third guy was so helpful instead of just buying a couple grams on bogo he turned me on to an edible deal so I picked up about $200 worth of meds instead of spending $60. The first guy with the beard needs to trained by the third guy that knows what he's doing!

Hands down, baby! the best budtenders & service. I don't care what time I go in this place, I am greeted, And treated With the utmost respect, not to mention you all are so damn pleasant. Thank you, for always having my medication You honestly make it possible for me to get through my days. As long as you keep having my product in-stock I'll keep coming by Like clock work baby. My visit, unlike some others, was Heaven-ly. Decent weed, good price, pleasant people. And I love that they get up early.

Usually my go to dispensary love the deals, the budtenders are also pretty dope.

I would like to say I come in here and never real get uplifting great vibe but I did last nite by my Boi Andre help me out he took his time to talk to me and let me say I am a bud-tender to so to get somebody that love they job and loving help others man he did that I enjoy this place but he is reason coming back I even sent some my co work over to check it out thanks for your service was more then 5 stars You Are Real Hippie love

I wanna Thank Andrew M over at the call center for zen leaf dude went above and behind for me spent a good 30-40 minutes figuring stuff out and he was able to get stuff right for me , i appreciate the time and patience you had with me as a patient .

My family and I have been customers at this location for years. Today I went for their 40% off deal store wide. I ordered online like I always do. I got a text message saying my order was ready. I stopped by and they told me they didn't fill part of my medicine. When I asked why they told me it was ready when obviously it wasn't. Austin H. told me, "well I could've canceled it". The amount of disrespect to a medical patient is ridiculous. He could've called and told me what happened but instead he just told me to deal with it. He substituted my medication for something else. This whole issue could've been solved if I simply got a phone call or text message saying hey sorry were out of something you picked would you like something else, but no I didn't not get that treatment. I'm very upset about the ordeal. After my family has spent an incredible amount of money here. We will no longer be coming back. Austin H. Needs better training with people skills. I went in today with the idea over spending over $200 like I usually do. But never again will I go here after the disrespect. I encounter this issue a lot as a younger female medical patient. I stand up for myself I will not let Austin H disrespect me like that. He gave me nothing but attitude and was disrespectful.

I’ve been coming to this location since it opened, and the sales and prices are what keeps me coming back. However, the staff always brighten my day! And today, I was helped by Jordan, who gave me some great information and helped me pick out a new edible I haven’t tried yet. They carry a 100mg $8 Grön edible that actually tastes good and isn’t a gross brownie.

Jordan & Dre are my favorite BudTenders out of all the dispensary's anywhere! Lucky for me they're under the same roof here at Zens~ You can always catch them smiling but most importantly their customer service rocks! Patient, helpful, courteous knowledgeable, this OG appreciates them. Thank you Jordan & Dre 😊

Staff is uneducated, product is trash, literally save your time and money and go literally anywhere else, I've been to almost every dispensary in Peoria and Phoenix and I've always had issues with this location
