My order was canceled with no explanation given. None of the notification texts came through, I was told my order was canceled once I got up to the counter AFTER I updated my medical card. Which I was informed to do by the intake rep from building 1. I went to building 2 and the receptionist updated my information and apologized for the wait. The budtender was very nice and he was very patient while giving me the update and the follow up of asking what I'd like to order.
Since no reason was given for my pick up order being canceled, I left. Thanks for letting me know the following from my most recent visit:

2. That my money is no longer good there
