Thank you, ASH !!! He's not only the manager... He's also a GREAT BUDTENDER !! I had met him a while back when I needed a cartridge exchange... He not only handled it with diplomacy and a smile, he was most genuine. This time, I came for flower and some cartridges. I requested some "big buds" (*Cali native here... Total canna-snob! From LA... but also from "the Bay Area and back down" ). Ash brought back 4(!) prepacks for my viewing... In helping me narrow down the last two, he hesitated, thought carefully, then pointed out a bud in the corner as to why. NICE !! Like myself, Ash is also a cannaseur !! ("Merci!") Also making an outstanding first impression was security guard ALBERT managing the front door line... not only a Cali native, second generation from a grower family, he graciously navigated the line fairly alternating entrances in order of who came first, he had some well informed responses to my casual questions as I waited a few moments... And lovely SONJA at the front was warm & informative, and equally so with the gentleman behind me... Thanks again, ASH !! I can only say that management sets the tone... Great store. Great vibe. Sometimes I put in a pre-order and when I pick it up they will have the order but the wrong items(usually the bogo drip concentrates), and when going to look for the items they say they don't have it.... but other then that, great deals and quality product, friendly staff, but area sucks....

I loved everything about this dispo they are my favorite dispo The people are great everyone is awesome. I literally tell everyone about this place and send all my friends and family here. I got a serious injury a couple weeks ago and they made sure that I was comfortable while I waited. The bud tenders always remember what I like and have multiple choices for me picked out at what they think I would like. 7 out 10 times there right.

So today was my birthday and I thought Id go around to the different dispensaries and rate them on their perks. I went to 12 locations and I was shocked at how unpleasant some places were. Zen Leaf had some of the best perks in the city. They give you a free 1 gram preroll without additional purchase required and a 15% discount for Vets. Zen Leaf is a good place, go there, spend your hard earned $$$ there, they behave like they sincerely appreciate your bizz.

The Staff and Bud Tenders are very wonderful they take the time out to help you they take the time out to give you help with edibles, flowers and stuff. Tim the Security guy look out for me all last year when I got into a car accident and I had both my legs and cashed and I was walking with crutches and with cast on and canes and in wheelchair. Came came out and help me and gave me places to sit down and relax while I was waiting my turn. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends and two other people. Very good atmosphere and very friendly and the people are wonderful. I'll be going back to that every time!

Awful experience. I had a coupon for a free preroll from going to Errl Cup and had used it the first time and it was an amazing experience. I decided to go again and I had the worst experience ever. My cashier Lexi, the green haired girl, with attitude, refused to give me a free preroll because of her coworkers mess up.

I usually have a great experience at this dispensary. Yesterday (1/17/22) for some fruity flavored cartridges. The brand I prefer is Select. I ended up getting 2, one candyland and one blue dream. They are far from fruity or sweet. Now I am stuck with 2 cartridges that I won't smoke because the wrong ones were recommended to me by Rosa R.
