good deals with the carts and the bud I plan on going back for my order. wish I knew I had to bring the darn thing. lol

Today I went in to get another Stizzy pod and was told it was live resin come to find out that it is just a high terpene pod. I was mislead and let down. The one time ive ever had a bad experience.

I love it here. I have had low tier eighths at other places and emerald takes the lead. carts are good. staff is friendly.

Very friendly staff overall, even on the busiest of days- this is the fasest dispensary around no online order necessary for an average 6 minute waiting time.

I’m visiting my family from out of state and wanted to try this place . Defiantly recommend ! Had a good experience I went to other dispensaries that were rude and over priced. When I came to this location the security Albert was very welcoming and helpful he gave me a lot of recommendations especially the gummies I was looking for oggi’s . They are amazing !

I had an online order with pick-up confirmation. I drove all the way from 7th st and carefree to 43rd and Dunlap. When i arrived they said they didn't have my order and were still putting labels on the product i ordered. Even though the product was there the "supervisor" Cassandra said i would have to come back. She was rude not helpful and didn't seem to care. My budtender was johnnie he was great wasn't his fault.

I love this dispensary, my one complaint would be placing online orders and never receiving confirmation to pick up, it’s happened a few times, but I understand how busy this location is. I see a bunch of negative reviews on pricing when in reality their prices are the same as everyone else, with Tax at any other dispo you’re paying 48-55 for potent planet of tru infusion, tax is included in the price here, so the prices appear to be higher when in reality, they’re not. Stop complaining about prices, we have a high demand to grow and sell products to the dispensaries and because of the raised unemployment, everything flies off the shelves in a day, if you think this is bad, just wait until recreational weed gets put into place, 65-75 1/8s all day! Educate yourself before opening your mouth about pricing of products, because things will change very soon! Rant over...LOVE Emerald

I absolutely LOVE it here! This is my favorite dispensary now that I’ve met your employee Luis V. I’ve been coming here since March and it’s been life changing. Luis is my favorite bud tender!!!! He is so genuine, real, and very informative. And customer service is amazing! Makes me feel like family. He makes every transaction an ease. He tells you all the deals, and knows what I want before I know what I want. He goes above and beyond for everyone. This man deserves a raise!!!! Thank you Luis! I will continue to be a loyal customer bcus of this guy right here!!! If I could give 10 stars I would ❤️

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile but after another awesome visit I'm finally getting around to it. Emerald has become my absolute favorite dispensary in Phoenix. I'm 50, just turned in quarantine, fun, and have been a supporter and smoker for almost 40 years, thanks Mom. I was a medical patient in Denver when they first went medical so also have a longtime as a medical patient as well. I'd first like to thank Seana? who has always been so kind and friendly from the moment I step in. Jason was wonderful and helped me with my new electronic card when I was having trouble figuring it out, I'm old remember. I think my last 3 visits Chelsea has taken care of me and I think she is just awesome too. Today was the first day ever I was short on cash and unable to leave a tip but she was so sweet and understanding and said she was just glad I came in to support Emerald even though I always tip. I'll get her next time but just love the place, clean and nice in appearance with a wonderful and knowledgeable staff. it has definitely become my favorite place in town and the Friday cart specials are the absolute best in town. I tell all my friends and will keep supporting this awesome place!!!!🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

I've been in a few times since moving to town and I enjoy this spot the vibe is always great and the people are so helpful and kind. Today I went in and Brent C helped me at the counter. He was super helpful had a great attitude and totally helped me find an amazing strain to take home. Dude is amazing! Thank you oodles, I will be returning!
