Absolutely top customer service! Dimitri helped this novice navigate the best product for my situation and I am not disappointed! Thank you for taking such good care of me.

Told me my order was ready, the guy in front of me didn’t have an order, so it was my 1st time here so they had to signed me up, waited in line the guy that was In front came in and got called before me. Nobody even tell me what my 1st patient deal either. The wax was all stuck to the wrapper it was mess.

This is a terrific place except I am sorry , the prices they ask for on their TOP tier is grossly overpriced. Cmon $55.00 for Meat Breath when others in area have it at $45.-$50. Territory has great flower and I only want the best but I can’t go back and pay black market pricing. Your better off at some others locations who aren’t taking advantage.

the covid-19 process is a joke. you place an order online with Leafly and then you get a text message that your order is ready and then you show up and wait for 30 to 45 minutes while they get your order ready. when you question this process, "smart-mouth budtenders tell you there's a lot going on in this world". don't care for your excuses due to SHITTY SERVICE!

i dont know if its GS fault or territory, but GS said they delivered products tuesday to chandler and gilbert. Chandler sold out wednesday while gilbert still hasnt stocked the shelves. now they wont answer the phones.

They were very efficient in explaining and the product is awesome.

Waited over an hour for them to get my order wrong. And they constantly promise a free gift with orders over $100 but never honor it. Wouldn’t recommend.

Close to home, but I am always willing to travel for quality! They have a good selection, I prefer flower and the quality on the top tier is up to par with some of the best and with the deals they have you can pay 160 for a half and get a free quarter! Thats 21 grams! And the price is pre taxed so its 160 out the door - Fridays and Sundays only. GREAT service as well and you can always go right in and start shopping while you wait for your but tender to help you!

This place is way overpriced compared to other dispensaries selling the same brands. Was told it was because am paying for the glass jar and the flower didn’t come in a glass jar was in a bag but on the shelf that comes in glass so not sure how that’s calculated but it’s wrong because other dispensaries are selling the same brand for $5 less. So that rubbed me the wrong way obviously. Deals and regular pricing is definitely not competitive. The bud is good but the same stuff is sold at other dispensaries for cheaper. The place is clean and nice the bud tender was cool and the gentlemen at the front is freakin awesome. Decor is modern and sick. If they had competitive pricing would be my main but don’t see why they are more expensive, what they offer doesn’t warrant that. I like containers that keep my bud fresh not bags so don’t mind paying extra for that but they come in bags for glass price. If your supplier puts them in bags vs glass then you shouldn’t be charging for the glass jar when that happens, your already charging more from the jump. Wrong Territory. All their items are $5+ more than other places. Cream sold for $45-50 is $60 at this store???? Same product. 🤔

One of my favorite places to come into! The atmosphere is fantastic and the quality of the product is phenomenal! No cap!

Every time I place an online order I need to double check their work like a grade school teacher. This time, I placed an ordered for 3 quarters. My mistake for not double checking your incompetence this time because once I got home there was only 3 eights. I called about the incorrect order and Heaven just placed me on hold and forgot I was there. It’s clear this location treats their product as recreational drugs and not medicine. That’s ok, I won’t be back. Goodluck.
