I usually have a lot of anxiety going to new doctors but the staff was very warm, friendly, and accommodating...even when I was late to the appointment. The doctor is definitely a cool dude, probably the most pleasant doctor's appointment that I've ever gone to lol. Got my card less than 24 hours after paying for the Registration.

My dog, of 15 years, passed last month. On the day of his passing I went to the Wellness Center, mind you I was visibly upset. The receptionist gave me a hug which allowed my tears to flow.
