My dog, of 15 years, passed last month. On the day of his passing I went to the Wellness Center, mind you I was visibly upset. The receptionist gave me a hug which allowed my tears to flow. I usually have a lot of anxiety going to new doctors but the staff was very warm, friendly, and accommodating...even when I was late to the appointment. The doctor is definitely a cool dude, probably the most pleasant doctor's appointment that I've ever gone to lol. Got my card less than 24 hours after paying for the Registration.
