I gave the customer service and atmosphere a 5 star but quality 1 star. Here's why, their customer service and attitudes are top notch, probably the best of any pharmacy in town. I happen to go there on a Friday morning and it was crazy busy but I did not mind waiting because everyone there is super friendly. I was helped by Sean who , again was super awesome and courteous, however lacked the inventory knowledge. I am a Sativa user so he HIGHLY recommended Magnum PI, once I was convinced and placed an order for an eighth, he went to get my order and came back saying they ran out and then told me the alternative Green Crack and that he highly recommends that as well, and then again told me that they ran out. Like I said, its really hard to get upset at these folks because they are probably the nicest people you ll ever meet. So I asked him, "Why don't you get me a Sativa that you do have in Stock. I clearly told him that I was not interested in Hybrids or Indicas. Anyways, he told me about the Double Tangie Banana and I picked up an eighth and came home. Possibly the worst tasting herb ever, and then I realized that I did not get the energy that I usually get from smoking a Sativa so I finally looked at the label and it said "Hybrid" Sativa. Yes, it may not be a big deal to a lot of people, but I literally waited a little over an hour and I was blatantly lied to my face. Yes, they have the best prices, the best customer service, but please don'y BS just to sell me something, that's all I am saying. Overall a great place though, hopefully I'll get someone different next time.

My first time there today and got help from the beautiful Donna. She took the time to show me how to use a wax vaping pen thing. She was very patient with my questions and probably my staring cus she is gorgeous. I will go there again just to get helped from her. Thank you for the Grand Daddy Purple wax Donna!

I wish this place was closer to me. Never have I experienced such consistency in excellent customer service and product. Just wanted to say Thank you to everyone that works there for upholding such high standards.

I visited the place because they had my strain. The first time it was great but the 2nb time I placed the order online.... Came home and weighed it 2.9 instead of a full 8th and it was most recent time, I had the girl helped me and I noticed she only gave me 2.12 grams instead of 3.5 while distracting me. I wonder if this is a practice encouraged by the owner of this place or by the dishonest employees. I hate confrontations and besides it feel stupid to bring that up because I doubt it that they will do anything about it. I won't be driving all the way from North Phoenix just to wait an hour and then deal with dishonesty. I think they do this practice because they don't think anyone will say anything because they give you some free shake but I go just for my strain. Time to find some new place that carries my strain.

I have had a weird roller coaster ride at this place. I had a few bad experience last year so I stopped shopping here. This year I heard they hired friendly employees so I decided to see it for myself. I went in to check out smoking alternatives and the two ladies helping me were great. I picked up a bottle of tincture to try out. When I got home and finally opened it I realized that the bottle had only a few drops of tincture . now I didn't realize it was empty because for a tiny bottle it carries some weight and the dark color of the bottle did not show that the inside was empty. So I called and left a message and some lady named Joy called me and left a message to call her back and she'll take care of me. I called back immediately and was told Joy is gone for the day and the lady answering the phone said she don't know how to help me. I called the next day and then was told again Joy was not there. Then a Candace called me back telling me the same exact thing that the Manager is in a meeting. Well long story short I lost $35 and some change only to learn that my first intuition about this place was correct. Yes the employees are friendly but its probably because they are using the tincture sitting on the shelves. Learned a valuable lesson to drive to downtown to get my medicine. The management is probably still in a meeting. Way to go The holistic center

My first visit here was not too well. Even though I enjoyed the friendly receptionist who shared her passion for the Mustangs with me and another friendly guy who called me Demetrius Manning for some reason, I left with a bad taste. The (Asian) guy helping me had no personality or knowledge. I went there to get some OG Kush and asked the guy why is it called "SB" as the label suggested and he told me it was internal lingo and I dont need to worry about it. I found out when I got home that it was the seed batch. Why would you give your first time customer a SH*tty batch. My suggestion is to have the receptionist work while the Asian guy learns from her personality....
