The initial appearance and marketing presentations for said business exceeded expectations. That, unfortunately, is the best opinion I may provide for you concerning the procurement process at this dispensary. I placed two orders on line, at Port Charlotte location, in advance of store pick up , placed on two different days. The first experience, in store, I encountered was much less than expected. I was a new patient. I expected to be welcomed into the "practice". I was not. I expected to have my order completed. Several items were out of stock. No realistic or logical excuse was provided for out of stock per-ordered items. Without going into details, the second trip provided no more confidence in procuring desired products or receiving standard practices in a consumer exchange purchase. We consumers are aware you have a product in high demand. We the consumers demand improved business practices so that your business may thrive...not just survive as is the perception. Thanks.

The parking lot is very tight to navigate your average size vehicle. No dislikes encountered. Extra large personable armed security meets and greets you upon arrival at front portal. Ordered on line. No wait. Early arrival. Competitive offerings on commercially regulated products. Feel well soon.

I like the option of pre ordering. I liked the ease of using the order site. I liked the options of products offered. I liked the fact the parking was convenient. I liked using loyalty points to offset purchasing prices. I did not care for the wait time after pre ordering and arriving, thirty- two minutes. The attendants do not give priority attention to you as a pre ordering client. Four employees were running back and forth in front of the six customers wearing nose/ mouth masks , all with impatient postures. Better luck wished for readers.

No errors or fault on this dispensary. Customer care techs, wait time, accuracies in order communications, or availability of special pro mo ( 1$ pre roll for going over) 200 all grrrreat things. Three on exterior/ interior atmospheric conditions due to regulatory enforcement ( no mo deli style) and no chitchat with other consumers. Not Nature’s fault. J. S.

The second visit at this facility.I searched menu items online, and called for product availability. The employee answering the phone was prompt, professional, polite, and helpful. Upon arrival in early afternoon, there was no wait to be admitted into the dispensing room after providing the required I.D. to the incredible employee behind the plexiglass check-in portal. The atmosphere is pleasant, bright, however, somewhat "sterile". That is fine because if you are prepared with current and valid I.D., product knowledge, and funds, it is a trip worthy of taking.
