Budtender was helpful and selection sale was good. I placed an order and it was missing a few items but they let me know in advance and asked about substitutions which is fine. Then they said because of how much I was getting I could have a bunch of freebies that I wasn’t interested in. They said I could give them to my budtender as a tip. I said that’s fine as long as it doesn’t go against my allotment since I don’t want it. Well I had 11.5g extra deducted from my allotment over what I bought, so that stopped me from being able to get the things I wanted at the other dispensary during 420. Thanks

I’m leaving all one star even though the person who helped me was great, their supervisor was not helpful at all. Overcharged me 20% They’re running a buy two get one sale on everything that’s full price basically for the new year. Pure also happens to have a standing deal that’s three for $84. One item is $35. So I should be able to buy 2 at full price for $70 and get one free, right? Wrong. They won’t allow you to use their promo on anything that A different promo going even if it is better. Fix your advertising or fix your system
