Bubba Kush

5/3/2026
Medropharms 22% THC medical Bubba Kush. I have significant health issues stemming from a colossal orthopaedic resection over 30cm+ at 14 years of age involving the entire proximal tibia, distal femur at the knee and connective tissues as well as the fibulal head. Proximal tibia and distal femur at knee reconstructed with Stanmore Custom megaprosthesis total knee and total proximal tibia. Also had 9 months of MAP chemotherapy (the top of the most brutal regimens). I have CRPS type-2, megaprosthesis internal phantom limb, peroneal nerve palsy, tibial and sciatic nerve damage/stretching, musculoskeletal pain and tendinopathy. I have extreme neuroadaptions through the gastrocnemius flap enabling me to compensate for foot drop slightly and get me off-path in the woods and even biomechanically able to run (much pain but I am worse than pain, as my entire medical history backs) and extremely strong extracortical osseintegration. I also have C-PTSD and combined-ADHD as well as gastrointestinal issues and OCD and Tourettes Syndrome. This strain is a powerhouse for pain relief and stress relief as well as making you fall asleep easier. It is highly sedative and analgesic, it will make you hungry and it will boost your euphoria. This makes it best for the end of the day when you want to unwind and detach from the day. The aroma is highly complex, the sweet earthy floral scent with a nutty tone makes it smell like some kind of floral chocolate tea/tar. It is very phytochemically diverse, even for a cannabis plant which is a phytochemical OD mess in the first place. Combining the effects and aroma, it is an ideal strain for patients like myself who want both potent effects and versatile analgesia that gets at all the pains.

Cold Creek Kush

4C labs 26% THC:trace CBD. Prescribed for complex pain stemming from colossal adolescent global knee resection and megaprosthesis reconstruction along with extensor mechanism reconstruction with a gastrocnemius flap. I have extremely strong osseintegration and neuroadaptively control my ankle with gastrocnemius flap, the size of the prosthesis is now 36cm at full growth (magnetic). I suffer from CRPS type-2, peroneal nerve palsy (foot drop) and tibial and sciatic damage, tendinopathy and musculoskeletal pain. I also suffer from C-PTSD and combined-ADHD as well as gastrointestinal issues likely to be IBS induced by neurodivergencr and exacerbated by chemotherapy and the general state of my health then. This strain helps with moving off-path in the woods where it is highly technical to move through, training in various ways (strength, senses, endurance, tracking, navigation etc.) And doing targeted subtle ecosystem work simultaneously. It can keep you both working and relaxing; starts off strong with lots of happiness and can make you giggly. It gets all the pain, and decreases the intensity significantly, making willpower less taxing for the system. It keeps you focused for whatever you're doing, sedated so you aren't hyper and attention-deficit all over, reduces stress a fair bit and is overall a great neurological dampener for those of us who may need that to get things done in a better way, could be good for relaxation but something like Bubba Kush may be better for that. The aroma is highly complex due to it's diverse terpene profile, woody (oak and pine, like a sarmatic mixed forest in Blekinge, Sweden), chemical smell like plants saturated and releasing tonnes of phytochemicals after rain with a very earthy tone to overall aroma. The pinene is clearly significantly strong in this one. It finishes with being relaxed but driven, so this is good for working with ecosystems. 10/10 highly recommend for relevant symptoms, but remain vigilant of your individual response.

Purple Kush

2/24/2026
Extreme adolescent bone cancer survivor, record-breaking. Had 340mm of my bone totally resected at 14 years old, it took the entire proximal tibia-distal femur, the fibulal head, and all connective tissues. The proximal tibia-distal femur was reconstructed with a mega-endoprosthesis, I have no functional fibula in that leg. The extensor mechanism is reconstructed, and my medical gastrocnemius was used as a flap for soft-tissue coverage (but I have forced it to function inverse to slightly dorsiflex my ankle to slightly compensate for foot drop). I also underwent around 9 months of MAP chemotherapy. I was treated by the very best in the world. It has left me with a fairly severe disability, I also have severe and complex chronic pain; CRPS type-2, phantom limb, peripheral neuropathy of peroneal, tibial and sciatic nerves, periarticular tendinopathy and musculoskeletal pain amongst other things. All this from the age of 13-14, it ruined my life, but I always prevail. Purple Kush is a strain that it is likley my favourite along with Kosher Kush, it is great for severe and complex chronic pain, it provides both acute analgesia and chronic build-up analgesia. It is very sedative, it will de-stress you completely, and it will make you feel euphoric and tingly while completely lifting the intensity of the pain to a place where it is much easier to distract from it (without it affecting your mood as much), making it perfect for evening Witcher 3, music and aurora light cube sessions. Maintain a strong Mediterranean diet with a consistent exercise regime (relative to your disability) and take this for the evening, and your pain will be far in the background rather than requiring lots of neural effort to withstand (which is natural for people like me, but it still affects you severely). I am not a patient who can be treated by placebo effects, so believe me, it is extremely effective if you respond well to it (individual variability). The aroma is beautiful, earthy berry sweetness with a floral tinge to it. Aroma: 10/10 Effects: 10/10 Medical application: 10/10 Best strain ever.

Kosher Kush

2/24/2026
This is my 2nd review of this flower. Vital context: I am record-breaking extreme adolescent bone cancer survivor, which resulted in 9 months of MAP chemotherapy and the total resection of 340mm of my proximal tibia-distal femur and fibulal head with all connective tissues at 14 years old. The limb was megaprosthetically reconstructed (extensor mechanism, gastrocnemius flap etc.) and I broke the discharge record by a mile and a half, as well as several record-breaking athletic feats with it despite serious disability. I have CRPS type-2, phantom limb, peripheral neuropathy of peroneal, tibial and sciatic nerves, periarticular tendinopathy and musculoskeletal pain amongst other things. Natural woods and kush lineage indica cannabis have been my greatest healers. Kosher Kush is, along with purple kush, my favourite strain. It gets pain both acutely and chronically, like a mix of amitriptyline and naproxen and paracetamol with the extra entourage effects along with the D9-THC. My pain is severe and resulting from what is essentially an extremely sophisticated form of limb-sparing amputation (performed by 3 of the best orthopaedic surgeons in the world), so things like CBD or CBN do not help me, I need actual clinical help, not placebos. This strain has a wonderful aromatic profile of earthy berry sweetness with pine. The effects are super sedative, makes laying down to recover much easier (I am extremely hyperactive, which is good to a certain extent with something like this, I have osseointegration and forced my gastrocnemius flap to start dorsiflexing my ankle slightly to compensate a little for foot drop, which is vital for the things I can do), and I need much more recovery than anyone else due to my extreme and unique situation). It is also very much a giggly and euphoric effect that combines with the sedation and analgesia to create a great period where pain is not as intense (nothing ever truly gets it gone, it just isn't as bad to varying extents). It is perfect for winding down with Witcher 3 and music. Make sure your Meditteranean diet and exercise regime is consistent relative to your disability, and then along with this, you'll have a great life despite and with a colossal disability. Aroma: 10/10 Effects: 10/10 Analgesia and de-stressor: 10/10 Absolutely recommended for my fellow severe and complex chronic pain people.

Banana Kush

6/17/2025
An interesting kush strain. Very diverse lineage, lots of Hindu Kush and Afghani, with plenty of Thai influence as well, some Mexican and Guatemalan (I believe). As such, it has a very diverse terp profile. It is typically relaxing as you'd expect with kush-dominant lineage, with lots of hunger. There's also a sense of euphoria, making it perfect for unwinding after a long day, or a daytime chill. It is good for walking, talking, chilling, watching, playing etc. Versatile, but predominantly sedative, good for laying back and relaxing. The aroma is of sweet tropical fruit with some piney smells. It treats severe pain, inflammation (including IBD), stress, lack of appetite, and is good for winding down in the evening.

Lemon Cherry Gelato

5/26/2025
This is definitely a kush-heavy lineage, it feels like kush with both it's aroma/flavour and it's effects, and it seemingly is a cut of gelato, so it essentially would be a backcross of a backcross of a backcross of OG kush. The aroma is worthy of aromatherapy, a berry citrus dominant scent with sweet fruity touches. The taste of citrus berry fruit. The effects are relaxing yet makes you a little talkative, it can also prompt curiosity for those a little academic literature obsessed. It also makes one very hungry, so make sure to have a filling sandwich or granoatmeal on standby. It is perfect for late afternoon-late evening effects, where you want to wind down and enjoy old-school Death in Paradise or The Sinner. It aids with destressing and appetite stimulation, while also providing significant analgesic effects. I suffer from highly complex pains including CRPS, severe and extensive nerve damage, tendonitis, muscle restructuring and removal, limb-sparing amputation to treat bone cancer, severe inflammation etc. And I find this to provide significant pain relief and inflammatory relief. It also is good for inflammatory gastrointestinal issues, such as Crohn's or IBS. Taste: 10 Aroma: 10 Effects: 10 Medical value: 10 Overall: 10. Great evening strain for those requiring pain relief.

Gas Cake

5/5/2025
Another kush-heavy lineage, it is a strain that has become genomically diverse and distanced from the original kush strains it originates from. Gas Cake is a hybrid that is slightly more on the sedative side, it is very clear-headed and perfect for winding down during twilight (post-sunset). I could describe it as meditative, it clears your mind and relaxes you into your body, it is slightly sedative. It has an aroma of sweet berries with a "chemical" gassy tinge, and is reminiscent of some kind of "artificial" grape flavour. It is a pleasant and smooth smoke, and it is good for edibles as well. Medically, it is very good for ADHD patients looking to wind down in the evening while still maintaining mental clarity, it is ideal for relaxing while playing video games, good for walks in natural spaces, good for watching something as well. It is perfect for taking stress off, and medicates pain effectively. It is good for pain but in comparison to the more sedative kush strains such as purple kush or wedding cake, it is much milder, and therefore I would recommend something else for those of us with more severe chronic pain, but if nothing else is to hand, this is still very effective. Overall, it is a very pleasant and chill strain, perfect for chilling to Brutal Legend or Witcher 3 etc. in the evening.

Rainbow Runtz

2/11/2025
A great modern breed, combining the genetics of Afghani and Kush, they have created a pretty tasty and relaxing experience. The buds smell of sweet flowery roses with a berry sweetness to it. The taste definitely carries over from the aroma, it is a tasty experience, but the flavour lacks the depth that more classic strains have (like Kosher Kush or Purple Kush). It is nonetheless very tasty. The effects are what you would expect from such a lineage, sedative, perfect for unwinding after a long day, perfect for video games or watching a TV show/film. Great for stress and ADHD, very good for pain and inflammation of the gastrointestinal system. Aroma: 10 Taste: 9 (some more earthiness to it would make the flavour much more fulfilling in my humble opinion) Effects: 9 (could be a little more sedative) Medical: 9 (there are better strains for pain, but this one is very good for pain if nothing better is available) Overall: 9.5 (more depth in flavour and slightly more sedative, and it would be perfect)

Biscotti

1/22/2025
This strain is basically OG Kush, both the strains are crosses of predominantly OG Kush strains, with those strains being backcrossed or crossed with or basically just OG Kush. This entire genetic lineage leads to Hindu Kush (literally an OG cannabis strain, grown in the Hindu Kush mountains), Lemon Thai (cross between a Thai strain and a Hawaiian strain) and Chemdog (unknown genetics). You can expect to be sedated, not very sedated (like Purple Kush), but pretty much like OG Kush. You also feel euphoric like the Chemdog makes you feel, with some tingly sensations, and you may even have lots of thoughts and feel very talkative or like writing, which is probably the energising effect of the Lemon Thai mixed with the euphoric effect of the Chemdog. The taste and aroma is sweet, like honey and vanilla, with some buttery tones. It will medicate most things, it medicates moderate-severe neuropathic/joint/muscle/tendon/gastrointestinal pain, including gastrointestinal issues overall. It also helps de-stress in the evening/night, and keeps a busy ADHD mind from going too far. Effect: 9, almost perfect for me, loses one as I have a preference for more sedative strains that target pain even more, and leave you in a better and less stressed mindset for sleep, which the biscotti does very well, but not as well as something like Purple Kush, pure Hindu Kush or Sensi Star. It is still a very good set of effects that can be perfect for meeting with a friend, activities like walking in a natural area, watching TV/film/online content, playing a video game, all are perfect activities with this strain. Medical: 10, while not 100% what I prefer for pain control and de-stressing, it is still very applicable and holds up well for aiding physical and mental issues. It is particularly good at keeping stress levels low and effective as a pain-reliever, and at keeping your mind from wandering too much, though much of that can be situational. Aroma: 10, sweet and vanilla, with something thick and buttery to it. It's a really nice smelling strain that makes one almost hungry for it. Taste: 10, a pleasant smoke or pleasant decarbed and put in a cocoa butter and powder drink while heating it, it is pleasant. Overall: 9.5, great strain, holds itself well in many situations and for many uses. Mainly good for relaxing and just enjoying simple activities. Appeasing aroma and taste. Just a slight preference on my part for other more sedative strains.

Black Cherry Gushers

Smell: Berry sweet with earthy and piney tones Taste: berry sweet some earthy piney notes Effects: A talkative and giggly strain, great with a friend, has a relaxing and focusing side, but easily distracted on it. Potency: extremely poten Best time for use: when walking with a friend, watching something, playing a game Medical use: If you are low, experiencing fatigue (can tell this would be good for some patients with ME), and will keep you fairly pain-free, unless you overdo it.
