I love their online service 'quick and easy, in and out, every single time and the bUDtenders are always good. At the Metro location I have yet to have a bad experience and now they're carrying this 1/2 and OZ'Sof the FIND flower - wow GAS! I picked up a half of the Southern Florida OG and Gusherz damn they were beautiful buds not all dry... Amazing here in AZ to get some sticky🙏 keep those specials coming and don't change A thing **THE FIND

Online order. One person in front of me but besides that the place was empty. A young female with glasses was helping another customer who ordered the wrong item and had to redo the order. A guy with a pony tail comes over and calls me to next window to check me out he takes my id pulls up my info and another lady comes in and instead of finishing up my transaction he tells me that the other girl who wasn't finished with her customer whom still trying to figure out what she's ordering(online)smh tells me that she's going to be checking me out out and takes the other customer that just walked in???wtf So when the girl with glasses on the online window finally finishes up with her customer she gets to me and I let her know that the guy already pulled up my order and I just needed to pay she said that she didn't have any info and she needed my ID again I asked what was the purpose of him pulling up my uncle and all that and she said that she didn't know but if I didn't like it that I could cancel my order!?? How hard is it to have good customer service when you literally just had two people to tend to in your whole spot.... And to take someone in the middle of doing a transaction is unacceptable and unprofessional Both of the online attendants/bud there's whatever you want to call them did not represent Nature's Wonder in a positive light. 100% RUDE EXPERIENCE
