I have a great many dispensaries to choose from, but this morning, I chose Oasis. I chose Oasis because I found their sale price to be better than everyone else’s. I have only been here once or twice & have yet to be wowed by them. I purchased via Leafy 3x 100mg Baked Bros gummies for $13.09. I knew it was too good to be true, so I screenshot it for proof of the promised price. Weren’t they honor-bound to go through with the sale! If you promise me something to get me into your store, you better go through with it or give me something for my trouble. I’m very understanding & flexible. The real problem that I had is that my bud-tender had to be aware of the issue. So rather than being honest & fourth right & say something like, hey, I know that we messed up, so we’re willing to do this for you to make up for it. No, instead she wouldn’t make eye contact with me, wouldn’t participate in my attempts to make conversation & just rambled off 30 or 40 because there was nothing strange about a person buying 3 of the same items when they’re doing a Buy two for some set sale price. Why would I buy3? Come on! Right then & there, I realized that this store is all about the money & 0 interest in the people giving them the money. No thanks, there are many other dispensaries that offer a way more friendly & pleasant experience all around. I won’t be returning here. After only assuring me in a hushed tone that she could never sell 3 of these for that amount of money, I caught my losses, bought 2 for the set price & left. She only had to make eye contact with me & acknowledge that it was misleading & throw in a preroll or something to compensate me for tricking me into coming their way…but that wasn’t even on her mind. I was just currency that she needed to push though & out. Nope, I’ll head over to the ones that make me feel like a person that they have some genuine interest in. Luckily, there are way more of them than these scammy feeling ones like Oasis. I needed a shower afterwards. Seriously. Very icky all around.

For the most part, I've thought far higher of the customer service I received from the Phoenix location of Nature's AZ Medicines than I have of their products quality or consistently. Despite their having made errors with my pre-orders before, they had always accepted responsibility & made it right in one way or another, which is why I foolishly gave them another shot this past Labor Day Saturday. After canceling my Friday order & placing a duplicate order on Saturday (likely the reason for their confusion) the so-called manager, Robbie (sp?) lied straight to my face & told me that I never placed an order to begin with & had to wait in the "queue" as if I'd just arrived. When I informed him that his own employee had just told me, only moments ago, that she saw the pre-order he was trying so hard to convince me I'd never made, he said, he actually said, that they never made mistakes. As you can imagine, there was nothing more I could say to someone so intent on being a complete ass, so I walked away & drove right to White Mountain Health, never to stray again. What Robbie did was inexcusable & I have no desire to patron a place that would put such a person in a management role. If I really feel like dealing with inconsiderate, dishonest & snobby, employees, while they sell inconsistent & low grade products, I'll go to Hot Topic.

I've been to a dozen or so dispensaries, searching for the right fit for me & this is the one! I don't see myself going anywhere else anytime soon. Tyler is absolutely wonderful to work with & so very knowledgeable, he makes the drive well worth it :-)

It breaks my heart to leave this feedback as I really enjoy the service & people here, but my other attempts to share my 1st ever problem with have gone ignored. So I hope that this is a fluke & not the way of things from here on out...anyhoo, I purchased a gram of Green Crack shatter & 1 gram of White Widow shatter this past Monday or Tuesday. The Green Crack was superb & everything I hoped for whereas the White Widow was not. It was not a proper shatter, as it was far more like a wax, as it was the consistency of caramel, like found in a candy bar. I get shatter b/c it is far easier for me to handle with my bare hands, which this wasn't. After wasting a good amount by getting it stuck to my fingertips & under my nails, I finally gave it a go with my roadrunner pipe & was even more disappointed. First, the material was flammable, so it was definitely not made correctly & secondly, it had very little effect on me, if any at all. So very disappointed & sad as I was really getting used to this otherwise friendly dispensary & truly hate wasting money just as much as being ignored when you submit your concerns to a place of business. I was really expecting them to make this right one way or the other, alas... P.S. Service at the time was 5 stars but after I submitted my concerns, it was 0 stars :-(
