Once again, Jars is the best dispensary around! I got taken care of by Alek, with a k, and he was an awesome dude. I made a bad sexual innuendo about the strain French Lotus which made him laugh. He has one of the most infectious laughs ever so try to crack him up and you can hear for yourself! Oh yeah, he's a great budtender too!

I love Story more with each visit! Today I got taken care of by the manager JJ, whom I had met but had not taken care of by him yet. He is a great guy, super knowledgeable, and very kind!

Hey folks, Jars is by far my favorite dispensary ever, having lived in 4 medical/rec states at this point, it is by far my favorite dispensary. This visit was even made extra special by seeing the manager Tommy and the budtender Ian whom I had dealt with many times before! It was also the grand reopening and I got a bag of free goodies that was honestly probably close to $200 in retail cost!!!! There was also a taco truck that was giving away free food and the tacos were very yummy!!!! Still the best dispensary in Phoenix! Today I was taken care of by Ryan for the first time and he was awesome! Very friendly and knowledgeable!

Another great experience and my favorite Phoenix dispensary. I had a wonderful experience with my budtender Evan. I just got out of the hospital and lost a job so I would have liked to leave a nice tip but I'll make up for it, I always do. Check thos rad place out!

Wow, I have been visiting dispensaries for over 10 years, I was a Colorado resident before Phoenix, and this may have been the best visit ever. I placed a pre-order so that it would be ready when I arrived. It was ready and Christian took care of me who was super kind with a great attitude! Roberto was at the front desk and was also extremely cool and nice. I got home to realize that I placed a wrong order. I meant to get a 1 gram Hi-Klas cart but accidentally ordered a 1 gram Hi-Klas extract. I immediately called the store and spoke with a wonderful gal at corporate named Cynthia. I explained my problem and she said as long as I had my receipt and it was unopened that I could return it before they closed. I raced back and dealt with Christian, Leo, Roberto, John, and Dominic who were all amazing and absolutely cool. They replaced my extract with the cart I had originally wanted, no problem whatsoever. It was the first time I ever remember placing a wrong order but they took care of it immediately with no questions asked! They have become my favorite dispensary with great deals, great product, and an absolutely awesome staff! I wholeheartedly recommend Zen Leaf and will be back there soon!

I had a very pleasurable experience mostly due to my budtender Ray. I originally placed an online order for 3 .500mg Echo carts that were on sale. Ray recommended a different special from Select and I essentially got an extra .500mg cart for about $5. A caring recommendation from a great budtender whom I will request to see again! Thanks Ray!

I've been meaning to write this review for awhile but after another awesome visit I'm finally getting around to it. Emerald has become my absolute favorite dispensary in Phoenix. I'm 50, just turned in quarantine, fun, and have been a supporter and smoker for almost 40 years, thanks Mom. I was a medical patient in Denver when they first went medical so also have a longtime as a medical patient as well. I'd first like to thank Seana? who has always been so kind and friendly from the moment I step in. Jason was wonderful and helped me with my new electronic card when I was having trouble figuring it out, I'm old remember. I think my last 3 visits Chelsea has taken care of me and I think she is just awesome too. Today was the first day ever I was short on cash and unable to leave a tip but she was so sweet and understanding and said she was just glad I came in to support Emerald even though I always tip. I'll get her next time but just love the place, clean and nice in appearance with a wonderful and knowledgeable staff. it has definitely become my favorite place in town and the Friday cart specials are the absolute best in town. I tell all my friends and will keep supporting this awesome place!!!!🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤

This was I believe only my 2nd visit but I had a wonderful experience and will definitely be going back soon! I had a super awesome budtender named Britley, I lost my receipt so spelling may be wrong, she was very kind and knowledgeable I only wish their policy would allow me to leave a tip. Towards the end of our transaction another gal, Emily, came to help apply a wonderful discount, 7 carts for$100, and I got to chat with her for a minute too. Both women were absolutely amazing, I have never met either of them, and because of them I will be frequenting this place from now on!🔥✌🤎👍🤟
