Awesome dispensary, all staff is very friendly and knowledgable.

Amazing looking bud, have not tried much yet but what I had was great and can't wait to try more.

Let's see, where to begin. I'd like to start off by saying I used to love this place, only dispensary I would go to. After today though, it will be a long time before I visit again. Last Thursday night, I received my daily email from the Greenhouse. Expecting to see what strains they have for the following Friday, I see a surprise. In giant letters, the email clearly states '4TH OF JULY SALE. 20% OFF EVERYTHING.' I think to myself, "Oh sweet! On the 4th of July everything is 20% off. Plus I have built up a $50 credit, I'm going to go that day for killer deals." Call me cheap all you want, I take it as a compliment to be called cheap when it comes to money spending on marijuana. I wouldn't say cheap, I'd say smart. Anyway. It's 4th of July. I arrived at my used-to-be favorite dispensary, yet see nothing about the 20% off sale. My bud tender then informs me of my credit, and asks me what I would like. I then confirm with her that today is the day of the 20% off sale. She looked puzzled and said "Well we had a 20% off sale on Friday." I then realize that because I in fact received the email on Thursday, the 20% off sale was meant to be the next Friday. However, I cannot explain to whoever is reading this how so very CLEARLY the email stated "4TH OF JULY SALE, 20%OFF" I show the bud tender my email, I ask her "What do you see when you read this email?" Her reply was that I received the email Thursday, and the sale was on Friday. I ask again, "No, I don't want to know what you MEANT by the email, I want to know what see when you read this." She again only says that I received the email Thursday. She also informed me that they have "4th of July weekend sales going on, but the 20% off was only Friday. The other little sales they have for the weekend is b2g1 on vape pens. I ask the same question to many employees, and they all gave the same answer. That I received the email Thursday, the sale was meant for Friday and the '4th of July weekend sales on vape pens is still going on. The last employee I showed the email to, looked at it and goes "Oh there is a disclaimer in here somewhere." I told him that there was not, I looked everywhere. All it says is "4TH OF JULY SALE, 20% OFF EVERYTHING." He then does some scrolling through the email, hands me my phone and says "Man, I don't know dude, but I know it's in there somewhere." Then I left the store. In the end, I understand that your daily emails typically show what's for the next day. But when I opened one saying "4TH OF JULY SALE, 20% OFF EVERYTHING." I took it as a little heads up that you had a sale coming up on the 4th of July, not the 1st of July, which also doesn't make sense to me. No where did say that it was a "weekend sale" or that the 20% off was for Friday. All this email stated, clear as day, 20% off on 4th of July. I will not be returning for some time to this dispensary, even though it used to be the only one I went to. They all made me feel like I was in the wrong and even stupid, for not understand what the email MEANT. Even though the email did not say what they meant by it. Very disappointed, and I will not be recommending this place to all of my friends like I used to.

AZ Natural Selections used to be my go to place, until they rolled out the new "Cheaper Pricing." They may have lowered their prices across the board, however, you're not able to get their best strains on specials anymore, which is the ONLY time I shop. Call me cheap, but I like to save money when it comes to spending on marijuana. The lower prices are great, however, it does not help those who only shop the sales and specials. Please do not keep this permanent when Summer is over, go back to your old great ways.

Great quality and service, very nice area. Prices could maybe compete better with other locations that but overall great place.

This place has gone from the best to average. I went here yesterday for the sale (Pick 3 items and get 33% off) only when I got there, I then discovered I could not purchase certain strains for the sale, and they were the ones I wanted. Only when you get to the store do they tell you this. Natural Selections used to be the best place to get the best stuff at the lowest price. Specials would include $9 Gs on all or select strains; Mix and Match 3 eigths, oil cartridges, and grams of wax for $99 - $120. Plenty of other great unbeatable deals they had every day until the past few months. You will never see them go as low as $9 Gs, and they only ever include a few strains in their sales. The sales follow a pattern every week so you know what to expect the next day now, and also the mix and match deal for 99 does not include grams of wax anymore, which was the main reason I would use that sale! This location needs to look back and remember the great deals they used to have.
