This dispensary has a very bad habit of not updating their online menu, and I'm not talking their leafly page the actual website menu! This dispensary lost my business today for good just for that reason! I came in for specific brand and strain only to be told the menus weren't updated... at gas being 5 bucks a gallon that was the last straw, period! I was even lied to about the thc content on the stuff I asked about to replace what I came in for! 20% cannibnoids is different from thc content, your bud tenders need to be educated! So sad it had to come to this as I actually liked mint but its been going down hill fast and badly. Corporate greed and sh$tty managers is to blame! Way too many dispensaries out here to settle for this garbage ran company! UPDATE YOUR MENUS REGULARLY! And how come we can't place online orders for the mesa location?? Seems odd or some type of sh$tty management choice! Is it because people keep ordering stuff that is out of stock and management is tired of dealing with people complaining? Hmmm?? Maybe update your menus everyday!! Again lost my business permanently, rather go and deal with the Harvest down the street.

Stay away from the Black Label cured resin shatters.... not only are there too high of residual solvents and heavy metals but its really not shatter its not even pull and snap shatter its very gooey and extremely hard to work with. I get it only 18 a gram but this is supposed to be medical quality right? Just be warned its not even worth 18 a gram really...

this place is all about the money it is not about the patients anymore. They got rid of $25 8ths which somewhere really decent got rid of your $3 pre rolls trying to sell 8ths for $60 plus tax which you're going to end up spending $65 for an eighth you're out of your goddamn mind. and their selection is all about vendors and the money like I said no more deals no more good days for 25 bucks this place has lost a customer and I'm sure they don't give a crap either which is why I don't give a shit either I'm just going to go to places like health for life or mint. Flower is extremely dry and the thc content on 90% of the selection is horribly low for MEDICAL Cannabis. All about the money and they are gearing up for recreational sales as they are trying to color coordinate their packaging like people are idiots you guys need to stop thinking about yourself and about the patients and then your recreational customers.

All the positive reviews are either robo reviews or by the staff or by people who are trying to get a freebie with a review... flower is stale and very dry crunchy dry and the terps are very poor as well, staff is ok if your helped by the right person. most the time very short attitude and down right rude. And to read that they treated a deaf person like they did they should be ashamed in their selves, period! If you have to go here because of finances thats one thing but if you can afford it I highly recommend going to a better dispensary.

After not shopping here for over six months I decided to give this place another go around, but its even worse then why I stopped shopping here in the first place. Over priced tuna can bud..... no thank you! The workers attitudes have even changed unfortunately. R.I.P. sunflower meds!!

I write reviews after 3 visits so what I'm about to say isn't just random bullsh*t..... Every time I've gone there is always parking, staff is very friendly and very on point with their product. I've purchased off every price point.....I don't know if my tolerance is through the roof but in my personal opinion all their flower is subpar for medical grade cannabis. If your on a budget and really don't care this place is for you.

10% THC......wow you guys should be ashamed of yourselves to try and sell "medical quality" meds like this. I'll never shop here again. Nice people nice shop, parking sucks. Quality of flower is beyond ridiculous, you guys should be investigated by the state!

first time patient deal is really the only reason to visit this shop, don't understand all the 4+ star reviews. No test results for the flower which is usually poor quality, they do have a few strains that are ok just trust your nose. The prices are extremely out of wack for the quality. And the fact there is no waiting room its all out in the open is not right for a so called Medical establishment, I can see if its a recreational shop but its not.......staff was friendly and not pushy but lacked some knowledge on the products they sell. The only way I'll go back to this place is if they do another B.O.G.O. on the Kind live resin cartridges....

I came in on friday and picked up a eighth of OG kush...it was seedy and what I thought was purple was brown, it had a funky flavor and smell as well. I'm a little disappointed because it wasn't even sunflowers grow, it was from encanto green cross..... check your packaging and refuse anything from encanto green cross (their bud is always seedy and poor quality) Very disappointed in sunflower for doing business with them. This was my first visit to the phoenix location and I won't be back, I'll stick to the mesa location. Staff was cool, service was ok. There are quality flowers from sunflower just make sure its their grow...

Came in for the first time today and with the FTP deal it was a good visit. The building and people are all super nice and friendly parking was great, must have been during a down time as I was in and out within 5-10 min even for visiting this dispensary for the first time. The green crack and donna's eyes were my purchase both looked good the donna's eyes looked even better, BUT when I got home and actually looked at what was in the plastic pill bottles....... The stemy very very small size buds I got in the green crack was extremely upsetting and the reason I gave 3 stars under quality because it wasn't just the green crack it was the donna's eyes too....if this was the size of the regular eighths I would hate to spend 50 bucks on their "bud crumbs"..... The lack of CBD products was a bummer, such a nice big bud room but hardly any product and merchandise. All in all a good dispensary if you live close and have nowhere else to go. 'Would I shop here again, no disrespect, no. Would I recommend to a friend, yes but only for the first time patient deal.
