Amazing. Recently had to go to the ER with a back issue. Pain meds lasted barely a few hours. Picked this up (which had been delivered that morning,  so it was fresh!) and as a frequent smoker,  it usually takes 2 bowls to get lit. 1 nice bowl of this,  and my pain is down,  I'm able to walk and move easier.
