The product quality is great service and atmosphere I give 1 star. I placed my medical order online and went to pick it up, I was told I was over my allotment and they would not even confirm with my card and rang me as rec. They tender told me not to question them and security asked "if we were done" because I was frustrated they were not listening. My husband then called on my behalf to try to speak with a manager when I came out and he saw me upset and was told we would get a call back. No callback came. He called again, and they told him my medical card was expired. However, it's not; it's still good until 2026. If this was the case, they could have scanned my new card, which is required for pickup, and also confirmed on the health services site. I looked at the receipt, and it did have my prior card number on it. If that was the case, then if they had done their job by looking at my card and scanning it, instead of being dismissive and rude, this issue could have been avoided. I've filed a complaint with the state, as their handling of the situation was horrible.

Well can we say false advertising on loyalty points? I ordered a couple LG shatters as always and went to do the B2G2 on the Pucks, first I'm told I can't use my points because the items were on special.. Then I'm told I can't do more then one special at a time? That's odd I've done that at the West Valley one numerous times then I move to this side of town and have to deal with these clowns again? I mean great product but Customer Service is in the crapper big time. I think I'd rather spend the slight extra with Sunnyside and Herbal, at least they let me use my loyalty points.

My first time here could have been better, of course a holiday so a massive line. They do not divide med or Rec users. While waiting an hour called to verify the line situation and whoever picked up could have had a bit less of an attitude.

Yeah, the only thing you guys are ranking on today is the quality of the products. Quality of customer service is lacking, placed my order only for you to cancel it an hour later because you were out of one item apparently and didn't call to ask me if I'd like to substitute it. Then the tender wants to argue with me and not give me any info and the onsite manager was clueless and told me I'd have to wait in line. I place my order again and then call and thankfully one of your Phone center managers told me why it was canceled and updated my new order. You want actual tips? Then give people accurate information instead of pushing them off to the side or canceling their orders out right.

So lets see where do I start, they cancel my pre order because they were missing one item and said they tried to contact me which they did not. Then Ashley another tender who lacks any Customer Service skills informs me they tried and I'll have to resubmit my order. Great so I resubmitted it with half the items because you guys lost out on part of the sale due to your incompetence. So I go to pick up my new pre-order which is medical and stand there while they just let Rec user after Rec user go in and when myself and others on the med side complain more or less met with tough sh*t . So then a manager gets involved and more or less hides his name from us and while he does get myself and the others in faster his attitude is much of the same, I've seen better customer service skills from a strung-out crackhead than this guy. He tells me the "building manager" isn't there and "I need to listen to him" MFer we pay you, you listen to us, talk about rude. I'm not going to say I won't shop here again because I'm in here a few times a week. Last night though the one Female agent behind the counter around 7:30-8pm in front was rude, I had to get money out of the ATM and she was rushing me on how long the ATM was taking. I have epilepsy and had a couple of seizures that day and I was experiencing slight memory issues through out the day so it was disappointing to see someone in this industry act like that. I have coworkers from my job that even work at this location, I really hope management has a talk with them that they are in a customer service job and if they want to make more money (tips) they may want to be nicer to the people they serve.

So I just started shopping at HWC again after negative experiences with Nirvana and a few others.. Again do they not understand people put in pre orders to be able to get in and out, WTF is the sense in making them wait for their order behind walk ins? Is it really that hard to have two separate pick up lines to process people faster between walk ins and pre orders? I don't have this issue when I use Natures but they have been sold out of most concentrates.

Don't waste your time, if you put in a pre order you will still wait with walk ins. I tried to give them a chance today but two people working?!?! Then half of my order i didn't get because they ran out before I showed up. I did a pre order at 9am that is freaking ridiculous. I'll stick to Natures and Herbal Wellness.
