The product quality is great service and atmosphere I give 1 star.
I placed my medical order online and went to pick it up, I was told I was over my allotment and they would not even confirm with my card and rang me as rec. They tender told me not to question them and security asked "if we were done" because I was frustrated they were not listening.
My husband then called on my behalf to try to speak with a manager when I came out and he saw me upset and was told we would get a call back.
No callback came. He called again, and they told him my medical card was expired. However, it's not; it's still good until 2026. If this was the case, they could have scanned my new card, which is required for pickup, and also confirmed on the health services site.
I looked at the receipt, and it did have my prior card number on it. If that was the case, then if they had done their job by looking at my card and scanning it, instead of being dismissive and rude, this issue could have been avoided.
I've filed a complaint with the state, as their handling of the situation was horrible.
