Quality is diminished from old days. My experience was that of a "hard sale". I won't be back because of both factors. I'm told it's just the display jars that are diminished quality and browning.. Right.

Total time spent waiting was 1 hour and 40 minutes. I'm very understanding of the situation but seeing a few employees moving especially slow was less than satisfying. There could have been a few things done different to speed up each interaction and It felt slow and chaotic due to it.

snagged some grow sciences meds. Silver was awesome. so was the tall pretty girl with glasses. Thanks!

Not bad.. flower quality is consistent with a few other dispensaries nearby. However my concern is each package of flower was underweighed. If it were 3.47+ i wouldnt care. But 3.4 on 2 eighths and .9 on a gram? Free gram at that but still all underweighe. I feel like I'm buying from a sketchy weed dealer who packs light to make more money. And the bud is extremely moist so all the moisture is not left the bud! So more lost weight. Should have just smoked my own meds rather than try out a new spot. And the smell of the cookies is not very appealing to me. Oh well, live and learn!

Love any day I can make it in to swell. The deals are the best in town... I know everyone says that about one dispensary or another however I've lived from West glendale all the way across mesa chandler, Aj, San tan valley and queen creek, Prescotts yavapai, green Pharms up north. The deals are amazing. I love the rotation. The past 2 visits ive been in the area for apptointments and stop in after placing an online order. Usually I'm in 40 mins after placing the order. Both times there wasn't an online order in the system even though I selected your location out west. I'm not upset at all. Everyone is very polite and apologetic. I got a pre roll for the mishap and because the buds were almost entirely shake I was given extra because of this. I don't mind the shake! It's gonna get ground up anyways. Thanks guys youre the best. I wish I lived closer and was able to become a part of the team.

Not thrilled about my recent visit. Not satisfied nor happy. $96 later I get a switcheroo for dried MONTHS old flower. I've kept flower for months and haven't had it this dry. This my 2nd visit and there will NOT be a 3rd. I attempted to be respectful and contact a manager prior to leaving a review. I drove over an hour from florence to your dispensary. My time and money was wasted and is only worth a pre roll. I would give you this flower to throw away. I was recommended a cheaper alternative by the budtender to save money and was told the quality is the same when I asked why it was cheaper I was told they are smaller nugs.. Delistyle I usually see them trim noticeable stems in front of you as they did my first visit over a year ago. I pulled so many stems off these buds and I'm not even half way through 1 eighth yet. Great stuff when you don't even want to medicate while in severe pain because of the severely disgusting flower I received. It was worse than I'm used to at non deli locations. One stars because I can't get any lower on the quality and service.. HORRIBLE experience.. I'm coming off short term disability and I'm getting basically cheated for my money... can't believe this, budtender are supposed to be helpful, not walk you into a mistake..

I was not happy with my first visit. I always look for the most heavy indica available. I was steered towards king louis. Which I was told was 400 an ounce for top shelf. I can get an ounce and a half at some places for that and still being quality flower. I explained that was too much so he recommended blackberry kush which smelled ok although you could tell it was dry but was trimmed nicely. I got a half of that and an eighth of King Louie. When I got home and opened the bag I noticed a very strong smell from the blackberry kush which made me very nauseated gave me a headache from the smell. It smelled like a presence of chemicals or nutrients or something. And each jar was trimmed very poorly.. the thought of poorly trimmed flower when I'm paying for medicine is disgusting to me, so I trimmed each nug of all excessive sugarloaf and unnecessary stems, this weighted to over 1.57 grams on a half ounce. And that was not all the sugar leaf or stems either, each bud has its integrity. Called and was told I'd hear back from a manager and never have.. I almost gave away these meds rather than smoke them. And the smell of the strain was very musty and poor. Almost a mildew smell like.I would have preferred to discuss this with a manager but I'm not sure if I'm a priority as a patient. The king louis wasn't bad. But I don't see it with 400 an ounce. Quite disappointed and don't think I'll return. Sad because I wacted to try a few other strains I've seen calibased

Literally pulled over to write this review... everytime I drive in for the ounce specials they are out of the strains I drove in for... everytime they tell me to monitor the menu and specials page as they say they update it regularly. I walked out and checked the menu again(no update removing sold strains) it would be nice if you actually updated it... customer lost.. bud quality is poor on all but 4/5 strains. very poorly manicured and not died properly or completely... plan on losing a few grams due to moisture and excess leaf
