If you're an actual patient, someone who needs help through the process and needs empathy about your emotional or mental stabilities, this is not the place to go to. Also if you are having hard times so you go to a deli to get them to weight out cannabis to match all the money in you pocket they will refuse to do it for you due to company policy. I have been here on several occasions and this past time was the last time. They are a business who builds their policies and structure around smooth SELLING and easy processing of CUSTOMERS (not patients). Brought my friend and they tried to force us to purchase with separate budtenders. After that we were doing BOGO 2 grams of each price type up to an eighth like she said we could do at first (not the word SAID as she TOLD us not IMPLIED) after an hour of looking through the bud to find the best per price and after she has weighed some of the bud, she then tries to get us to change our order at the last minute when we were done. This was the last thing we wanted to hear, my friend wanted his card back and walked out, I simply stated I needed a phone number and email to contact someone about my experience and she tries to refuse me several times and fix the situation and rectify the purchase even though I expressed I need to leave and even though my friend who was getting the flower already walked out, how can you fix a purchase for me if it's not my purchase. This second waste of time has caused me to become more confused and confusion to me becomes frustration. She feels I'm being too irate for talking a little louder than normal and asks the security guard to escort me out. I'm sorry I upset that you wasted my time and after I'm ready to go you don't want me to obtain the information I need because you're afraid to lose your job. Our families wanted to go to a Christmas gathering in YOUNGTOWN that we couldn't make it to thanks to the wasted time and gas I spent on NOTHING AT THE NIRVANA CENTER BUT HEADACHE, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, ANGER, AND NAUSEA. All things the medication we were seeking could have soothed, all things that could have been avoided if this place operated like a NON-PROFIT DOCTORS OFFICE INSTEAD OF WALMART.
