Harvest - Mesa (Med/Rec)

Went in on a sat for their special. Dealt a small girl with dark hair. Intent was to grab 1/8 for $65 and get a free 1/2 gram. A total of 4 grams. Ended up with only 3 grams for $60. 
I wanted to split up an 1/8th and wasn't told until after check out that this would disqualify me from the free 1/2 gram . Which I had  stated I wanted the special when I first got there. It'd have been nice to know before checking out, I would have spent more money. I'm new to all this and don't understand everything and she was no help at explaining. I felt stupid. She also preceded to ask me if they had done it for me before bc apparently they give out special deals to special clients. In that case she would have honored it.  
Too many ppl not enough cashiers had to wait to then wait again to be helped.
