They cancelled my delivery order 45 minutes before they were said to close. No posted notification on when’s the last delivery. Really bogus and me visiting from Los Angeles, this is pathetic for Arizona. I would be super embarrassed

Ordered through supurb delivery. Got the platinum GSC for $100 half ounce. I’m so disappointed in the quality of flower. It’s the smaller popcorn bud, and they decided to black out the price of $20 on the label so in reality they up charged me for garbage bottom plant flower. Robbery from a patient. Thanks

This place lies about their delivery times. Even though it says 9pm to get your order in, I placed it at 8:30 and they told me I wouldn’t get my meds. They need more delivery drivers if they offer this option. I will not be ordering from these people again. Misleading and lack of care for patients.

Budtenders were great. Came in on Tuesday 8/13 at 7:30. Knowledgeable, but there needs to be a rule guide when patients come in.almost all places let you hold closet with your hands what you’re possibly buying. I can’t see through a glass the details of the medicine I possibly be consuming. No transport safe bags. Needs to be sealed and smell proof so I don’t have to get questioned by a cop. What kind of bag do you guys put MEDICINE in? Im not shopping for a phone or at Victoria secret 🤦🏻‍♀️ no first time patient deals? Won’t be coming by again to support such a backward method place. I feel sorry for your employees

Refused my Kush kash I was given my item 9 labs when I was told I could use them at any location item 9 was sold. The lack of communication between the two companies is unprofessional and I will not be returning because of the disrespect and bad customer service directly from the manager. Don’t use your employees to deliver messages, that’s what you’re a manager for.
