For simple relaxation this is the best strain. As far as recreation, this is my favorite. However, it gets a four because there are better strains for my personal medical needs but I could recommend this to anyone. Especially if they need something for relaxation, PTSD, etc.

While not a strain I would use recreationally, the critical plus has been great medicine for me. Even a small joint will be enough to put you down for a bit. I picked this up to help with sleep and long term pain and it has done it's job very well.

Great strain whether vaped or smoked. This has been the best relief from my Crohn's disease pain without being incapacitating. While not as stimulating as green crack, it is still a nice strain to medicate with if you need to work on something else.
