I will always drive from anywhere in the valley to tru med - I am obsessed and tell all my friends to go to tru med and they won’t regret it! But if they don’t listen, then more flower for me! 🙃
It’s too bad curaleaf service has gone down hill to the point that I have to check in twice when arriving. Not sure why they even have a front desk person then. So unfriendly. I miss swell.
Only come here for mother’s milk or I would go elsewhere
This is my second choice in the area due to the lack of good fresh flower choices and deals.
Some day dispensaries will figure out if the samples out suck, so does the flower, because the sample delivery method doesn’t allow the patient any way to truly get an idea of what they might want. Plus a bud tender I had there sucked at his customer service skills - #fail
It’s been a while since I’ve been here and made a special trip just to bring my empty containers and get some medicine. Come to find out things have changed there and they no longer accept them (but had a recycling bin outside that I threw them in instead). I’d recommend to do this again, it’s unfortunate.
On the flip side, I really appreciate the ability to smell and look at the buds before buying. Thanks for all you do, nature’s meds 👍
Terrible experience - I felt shuffled around from the moment I arrived and couldn’t wait to leave so I could run across the street to the train terminal to pee because they didn’t have a bathroom for their patients.
I’d go to any other dispensary or patient to patient than this place again
