The intellectually lightheadedness from the high in this strain came on surprisingly leisurely. The smoke tightened my stomach and made me feel momentarily queasy, which attempted to be fought off by severe hunger but only seemed to upset my belly further. A radically heady experience, tolerable only by how warm it made me feel. It could be that Had given me an unfathomably voracious appetite, and also delivered a (bearable) headache whose attendance lingered above my forehead, gently reminding me of marijuana's negative effects almost in passive-aggressive sarcastic way. Happy to have tried this. Not my favorite.

Vanilla Kush

Vanilla Kush's THC content hits you almost immediately--an orally numbing sensation whose mere presence manages to dry my mouth to the point where I decided on nicknaming it Lake Chad for the remainder of my session was the best idea of the night. Twenty years of being sucked oppressively bone-dry by the sun succeeded in being endured in a little under an hour in my bedroom; chugging water from a jug, the AC on full blast and set to Cold notwithstanding. Wicked cottonmouth invaded my head space, though I hadn't seen this as being exceptionally problematic. Its medicinally bitter, vanilla extract flavor was hard to ignore (or wash out with juice!). Relaxation an enjoyable numbing audibility, was fiercely good minutes after I first took three puffs from my joint and appreciated the surrounding wilderness. However, it certainly hadn't been the case 1 hour in: relaxation ceased to be relaxing. My head fluttered and I felt hungry. The tiredness grows much like taproots reaching heavenward and stealing the water from your garden's original inhabitants. Watermelon seeds and cotton balls: two oddball tastes I experienced hours after initially smoking. This is a fun Indica --I'm perhaps a touch weirdly reflective and introspective while peaking, but I seemed to notice so many of the little details of the activities and tasks I performed, making them a lot easier (not to mention quicker) to finish. I also processed thoughts in a more philosophical fashion. Would recommend but won't exactly remember. It's too similar to a great many other Indicas for this specific strain to get branded in my brain anytime soon. Likable.

Purple Trainwreck

On my first puff on the $10 pre-roll, this strain managed to provide a satisfyingly undemanding cerebral high studded with these cute little whimpers of oscillating euphoria, felt mostly in and around my eyes; but soon my whole body caressed a lingering tingly sensation that had been coaxingly hard to ignore. The flavor description is accurate: definitely one of the more herbal releases I've yet encountered. This isn't to say I didn't like Purple Trainwreck (because it certainly had shown promise in certain areas), but I'm just not a dedicated fan of having to smoke celery. Cleared a lot of bad thoughts from my head space which I genuinely hadn't been expecting. Its high wasn't in any way overpowering: wonderfully subtle... it was weak enough to actually allow me to get work done in a timely matter (casually coasting along while I took pictures), but also expertly tapped into my creative cognition without distracting me entirely from my tasks. I however wasn't sold on its flavor, but you can easily get past that.
