Such a letdown! First CAUTION they delete any reviews on their products that are negative. I had recently purchased the Platinum GSC shatter and it was just a small amount of resin not even close to a gram. I had contacted them and they did make good on the bad shatter but they removed my comment on the product...I also noticed that someone with the same issue had made the same comment on the same shatter but that is also now deleted. After receiving my credit for the shatter I ended up ordering some Cinderella (labeled also as Cinderella), or at least I thought it was Cinderella until I opened the bag and all I smelled was some low grade UK Cheese. Smoked it and it was totally shitty UK Cheese (I HATE THAT STRAIN). If anyone knows what Cindy smells and tastes like it's not even close to a Cheese. So I contacted them again and they pretty much gave me the runaround for hours on chat just saying they are looking into it. So I'm pretty much to the point that these guys are no longer reliable just on the deleting of negative reviews alone the rest is just really bad customer service and they really don't know their shit. I hate leaving bad reviews but this was just crazy.
