I have been here a few times now and the staff is always super sweet and everything I’ve tried (flower, concentrate, edibles, and prerolls) has been worth the price, quality wise! Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

I love Midtown Roots! On my second visit I got great help and was able to get flower, edibles, and wax for a great price. Also PSA they accept debit cards!

honestly really disappointed. went to this dispensary today because they had a promotion for "buy three get two free" on flower. it didn't specify grams, eighths, or quarters. I was hoping to get grams since I have to quit soon, but assumed it didn't matter either way since it didn't specify in the text. When I got there I was pretty disappointed I had to wait when people who had came in after me went in first. I asked the manager and she explained this is a VIP member perk and I get that, no worries. I get back, explain that I got the text, and when the budtender goes to get out my purchase they are all eights. So 5 eighths total. Not wanting to pay for 3 eighths, and having no need for 5 eighths as I have to quit at the end of the month, I explained the confusion of the text to the budtender and manager but they were unwilling to do anything about it or even admit to the confusion of the text. Honestly I think this place is overpriced and really only went here for the deal, only to be disappointed. Just beware of their shady sales!

gave one star for a reason. THEY LOST MY CARD. For anyone considering shopping here, beware. you'll see in some of the other reviews that their customer service isn't great. The girl that helped me struggled to explain strains to me or even read the names and then said, "sorry I'm high" like I get it, it's not the first place I've gone where someone's said that. but if it's inhibiting you to the point that you don't give someone back their MMJ card that's pretty messed up. I called as soon as I realized I didn't have it, they said they didn't have it. I'm 100% sure I didn't leave with it. I called today and asked to speak to a manager and no one ever called me back like they said they would. Just wanted to warn people that this dispensary isn't worth the risk of them losing your card!
