Long time customer for 3 plus years. Product is typically B- rating but their prices are very affordable.
Yesterday placed my order got confirmation for delivery today. I hadn’t received order so I inquired they say they never received my order even though they assigned order number and sent me a confirmation email.
Sales rep told me that hadn’t got my order and that I should just reorder. Which means waiting another day. Didn’t offer any incentive for their screwup just to order again.
These guys are not professional, they don’t realize the inconvenience this has caused…just sorry we don’t have it.
Needless to say the market is flooded with competition so I will take my loyalties elsewhere and certainly receive better product.
