Blue Dream reviews

I was curious to try out Blue Dream because it has gotten such rave reviews, and also because it’s the #1 result that pops up when you look up strains for a euphoric experience. Euphoria is the sensation that I seek most when I’m looking to buy a top-shelf strain on payday. What will make me feel completely content with life? That’s what I’m looking for. I was wary of it because it’s sativa dominant, and I smoke at night; but I thought it was worth a try. So the bud arrives and I open the pouch to smell. I smell something different than what other Leafly users describe. It smells floraly, sweet, with a touch of pungency; not too much. A bit sour, with a touch of cheesiness. It smells ~lovely~. I grind it, pack the bowl, then smoke it. It’s smooth and sweet. So far, I’m pretty good. I get a high going and it feels nice, but i want to feel nicer. I wasn’t feeling as high as I wanted to be. I took three more rips than I usually take for my normal “everyday” weed. I decided to stop because I knew I had smoked more than usual, and I decided to just be content with the decent high I was currently feeling. 5 minutes in: This feels nice. 10 minutes in: This feels really nice, but I suspect it could feel better. 15 minutes in: I’m just going to stop smoking. I guess the euphoria just stops right there. *shrug* 23 minutes in: Wow, my cheeks feel so nice. 27 minutes in: YESSSSSSssssss. 34 minutes in: “Escargot, my car go, one sixty, swiftly... wreck it buy a new one... ya crew run run run! Ya crew run run!” Needles to say, it was a bomb ass high. No paranoia, didn’t keep me up later than usual, didn’t get my heart to pound fast. Just happiness and contentment. Things tasted better and music sounded better. Life was so fun and things are so funny. Everything was more satisfying. This strain was relaxing, yet stimulating. I didn’t feel sleepy, yet I didn’t feel alert. You could use this strain at a party, or during a quiet evening at home. Very versatile and a great sense of serenity, yet slight excitement. I gladly give Blue Dream 5 Stars. 5 golden, sparkly, glittery stars. Two thumbs way up. I highly recommend it.

This one has me singing in the house at the top of my lungs, and I don't care who hears. Very happy.

It's not for me. It made me depressed and I felt sad for myself constantly. It's definitely very relaxing but I don't like the way it makes me feel about myself. I'm already very self conscious.

perfect for bedtime

Blue Dream is a really good strain for anyone who is looking for a good cerebral high accompanied by an electric relaxation. With its nugs being a pretty hue of light green and really nice crystals, it an eye catcher for sure. Ive used this strain on a moderate to hard hike and it was AMAZING. I found myself in the moment with this super awareness but still had that relaxing stony feel that we all enjoy. Lives up to its name, no doubt about that.

I personally wasn’t a fan of this strain. At first it was great then all of a sudden I’m puking on my friends grass.

Well, listen. This is a strain you've had success with once, and three times less so. I had it before this, i was moving but I wasn't grooving. 11/13/18 "blue dream - i feel a slight high, mellow, my body feels balanced, not like a sativa, no head high, dry mouth, not lazer focus, more so just comfortable. not tired though. no overt drive to accomplish. *clear head. open. not much stress. little euphoria."
