Grand Daddy Purple. I feel like this strain isn't meant for beginners. This is a hard-hitting, pain-supressing, couch-locking strain. If you suffer from insomnia or have problems sleeping, Grand Daddy Purple is the strain I would recommend. For those suffering from chronic pain, DGP relieves it as good as any other strain out there. It has a very deep body high, so don't make any plans for the next 3-4 hours after smoking this strain. GDP has a very nice mild berry flavor. I give this strain 5 out of 5.

Hands down, one of my favorite (if not my favorite) indica strains. You get all the nice benefits from indicas, such as treating pain, anxiety, paranoia, and appetite loss. However, i have found myself not getting as sleepy as i do with other indicas. Personally, I love how it doesnt make me too sleepy but it will for sure have you lounging and munching while effects last.

Its great. Smokes tastes like a cigar store smells, think old man wearing old spice and a leather jacket. Feals heavy and easy to sleep afterward.

So tasty, smooth, pretty and colorful bud. Super relaxing high makes everything just so chill and nice. Great bud for sitting on a kayak and floating down a river.

This for me is a strong strain, something to use if you mind keeps running not allowing you to sleep or rest. This totally knocks me out! No munchies, I stay away from this strain for daily use. Only in emergencies for me such as I am constantly cranky and the stressors in my life seem larger than the sun. I sleep no less than 12 hours when I smoke this.

Grandaddy purps is a staple in the medical marijuana community, anyone that has come across this strain knows the power that GDP holds over a patient, this strain is one of my regularly used meds, the flowers are a stunning array of deep purples and dark greens, the buds are large and dense, every inch of these buds are covered in frosty white trichs. After the first inhale of GDP within a few minutes i felt the pain relief envelope in my body, this strain i wouldnt say is relaxing but more sedating which is where the pain relief kicks in, along with the heavy sedation makes it a perfect night time strain for stress, pain and above all insomnia... looking for a knockout look no further
