Not that bad but needs to be more powerful to get a better high. Got slightly high and I'm kinda disappointed with a name like that.
I have been using strong indica strains to treat my insomnia for 10 years. Iron Lotus is in the top 3 most effective, Deep Sleep and Kosher Kush slightly edging it out. Iron Lotus has a great smooth taste, no coughing.
It is a creeper, 10-15 minus go by with just a nice relaxing buzz then BOOM. It is very sedative.
Give it a try, really great strain.
