First off, don't let the name scare you away. If you do you're only missing out. This strain doesn't scream milk to me. It is sweet, earthy, and unique. As far as effects go I completely disagree with Leafly's description of this strain. The version I got at least was very indica dominant, 70/30 or so. The first twenty minutes I fought to stay awake while my whole body went into instant relaxation/couch lock. After that calmed I was left with a light euphoria. All in all great strain for hanging out after a long days work. 9/10
Flower out of Montana: Really cool strain! Smells amazing- milk tropical fruit and floral honey notes. the nugs aren't dense, kinda bushy. made my hands sticky after breaking up, which I don't notice as often these days. Smoked above average, easy burn and stayed cherry very well for being sticky. Tasted really nice even out of a dirty bowl. All day strain didn't slow me down. Focused and ready for action.
Ok...I see a mother's milk online that's indica dominant and one that's sativa dominant.I got the sativa dominant but i thought i was getting the Indi dominant.I love giving 5 stars but i gave it a 4 because it shot my anxiety through the roof. But most sativa's do me that way so it's not their fault. First time being s*** faced high. I was high as a b**** off a half joint. It was all heady for me not much body high at all. Don't think I'm gonna get this again. It could be the brand. Beautiful flowers... and it gets you high, but that's all it did for me 💯
I found this strain to be more Indica than Sativa which seems to be the case with Mothers milk. Different smokers might think its more of a Sativa or Indica. Indica being my flower choice, this still hit the spot for me. I would suggest going for it if available! Mine is at 30% thc.
I recently had the privilege of experiencing this strain in flower form. Limonene is the dominant terpene found. And, I can certainly attest to benefits of Mother’s Milk. I do have epilepsy and one of the side effects of my Seizure medication is “ Mood swings.” I blazed a couple of bowls in my little water bong and was very happy! The effects certainly pacified my mood swings. In fact, I felt elated and even seemed to help with sore muscles in my back. I highly recommend both recreationally and Medicinally! Peeps battling epilepsy.
I bought this to combat anxiety and to assist with sleep. I'd say it did those things BUT...well, let me first say that I am a lightweight. Now that is out of the way: this worked in that it effectively removed my massive stress from earlier in the day. It got me a little more high than I wanted in an effort to go to sleep. As I lay in bed, absolutely locked in place, I am fairly certain I was able to see all of my ADHD trains of thought at once. Mhmm, I did. While cool, it wasn't super relaxing. Physically, I bet this takes pain away. It was cool for mental visualization. It made me literally forget what I had been ruminating about earlier. But...it was hard to get to sleep and made me more high than I would have liked (please refer to earlier statement about being a lightweight).
This strain is unique. I tried it several months ago but sadly only had a gram. When I found it again, I was ecstatic! It’s a wonderfully mellow hybrid that won’t knock you out, but will bring you to the most calming state of relaxation and euphoria. You forget your problems on this strain. Or perhaps they don’t seem so great. It’s made for depression and anxiety. I couldn’t agree more.
The flavor is milky and fruity. Simply unique and delicious. There is no other strain that I’ve tried that is quite like this.
My mood? Blissful. I let go of the weight of the world and just relaxed. I’m happy and peaceful. I would call this a strain for anytime use if you are home. It’s not an energetic strain but I can function. Go outside and sit in the sunshine. I can feel the mood enhancement effects which are intensified in the light of day.
Want to know another perk? I’m not raiding the fridge! My appetite is in-check and I am feeling good. It’s good on the body. I would recommend it for relaxing after a day of activity. It’s a good winding down strain. Good for mind, body and spirit.
If you come across Mother’s Milk, do not pass it up. You never know when you will run into it again. The high is worth it. You gotta try it.
My first trip to Colorado was around 2015 and I tried every pre-roll under the sun that I could find from dispensaries. Big name guys like Blue Dream, OG Kush, etc.
Never heard of mothers milk so I didn’t expect anything. I don’t even like milk.
Shared a J with friends & went skiing and I swear I was a stick of butter swimming around on a perfectly warm frying pan. I can’t describe the high as I was fairly new to smoking at the time and other than getting stoned I didn’t exactly notice unique differences from strain to strain. But for some reason it stood out to me as my favorite strain. That alone tells me there’s something about it that works for me. I am sometimes prone to paranoia esp when being in public after consuming. No anxiety or paranoia for me whatsoever just pure bliss on the mountain for about 8 hours.
I have been on the hunt for this strain ever since but unfortunately I haven’t came across it. Don’t let the name turn you away from this one. Give it a shot!
