Sage and Sour reviews
The first time I tried this strain, I went for a solo hike and ended up singing and dancing around in the woods (no one was around :)), losing all sense of time, and ended up going much further than anticipated. The next time, I went mountain biking and it was euphoric and I was in total flow state. It’s perfect for exercise or adventure to enhance that dopamine effect, but also works if you’re feeling flat and low; it definitely kinda brings you up. For me I feel less indecisive, which is huge. I usually try not to partake until I know my adventure for the day and am all packed up and ready, otherwise it can feel impossible to motivate, focus, or make a decision. Not with this; it actually makes me feel energized and excited to get going, and no issues remembering things like bug dope and ear buds. I’m sure it would be decent in small amounts for an all day buzz to beat stress and not make you too sleepy. However, if I couldn’t get moving I could see it making me anxious perhaps. Fantastic with music, especially discovering new! Feels good to move your body. Excellent for a day off in the woods. My first favorite strain, I can see how it works with my chemistry and not against it and I actually understand how that feels. I generally have a lot of trouble with anxiety, and everyone kept recommending indica. I started second guessing if strains were really even that different from each other. Until this one, which is definitely noticeably different. For whatever reason this is the one for me. Definitely worth a try to see if it works for you! This is my first review because I feel so strongly about it ☺️
It’s a bit too much for me honestly, I find it leaves me more depressed on the come down. Good high, but I find it easy to go too far with the headache and dizziness
what a strain..
white whale strain had this long ago cant find it again, corrrr
Always looking for a great sativa or sativa dominant hybrid. This one hits the mark on everything but taste. How can something that looks so pretty taste so *dirty*? But the upbeat cerebral head high is more than worth it.
I was gifted some Sage and Sour grown by MTL Cannabis. I usually get their “Low Key” strains, which are great and more in my price range, this is their top shelf strain.
I really enjoyed it, it’s not too strong for me, and I didn’t get any paranoia or anxiety. It’s a relaxing smoke without being overly sedating and it also tastes great, my mouth actually waters when I smoke it!
I mostly use it for pain relief. It's energizing and not very impairing.
Smoked some one day because I had intestinal pain (ulcerative colitis) and ended up feeling good enough to go to the aquarium afterwards - the friend I went with didn't know I was high, but commented on how focused I was on all the animals, lol. Turned a painful day into something beautiful.
the MTL sage n sour is the besttt ☺︎︎✾シ
I smoked this strain for the first time, and it was out of a silicone bowl. My experience was super surreal. After a few hits, I began to feel like I was in a dream-like state. This trip was something I hadn't experienced before. There was a point during the trip where I was questioning who has full control of my body? I was getting a little paranoid, but I managed to calm myself down. This strain is also sound sensitive, and when I listen to a certain song, it makes me feel sick to my stomach, but luckily, I didn't throw up. I was a bit scared at one point if I was going to die. It almost felt like an outer body experience for me. As I was coming out of the trip, I felt like I was still dreaming. I purchased it at the SQDC in Montreal. Not for public use. It is best to do it in the safety of your own home.
