I have some after head buzz..Mmm
A great strain! Doesn't taste the best but creates a great headspace and makes both me and my boyfriend very aroused.
Sour Diesel is incredibly uplifting, euphoric, and introspective. As much as it is a strong sativa, with a powerful head high, the body high is nice and balanced as well. It's relatively comforting. Sour Diesel can be an active strain. What I love about it is I can get work done, and not just be a Netflix and Hot Cheetos zombie on the couch. My brain is active and introspective, which brings some cool creative thoughts and feelings of connection with others. You tend to feel very in control while smoking Sour Diesel, which would not be great for those that like the dissociative affects of some weed strains. All in all, its a fun strain that keeps you relaxed and active at the same time.
Very uplifting and cerebral high. Not sure why anyone would want to vape this strain. I am new to the vaping but it tasted exactly like it smells....like diesel fuel! Love the high , hate the taste of vaping it. Combustion is not as popular with the new gen. Guess I'm old school with my bong. 2 thumbs up!
My everyday go to strain for a uplifting and productive day. Keeps me balanced and happy while not messing with my motivation. Great morning/day strain that never disappoints. Big, beautiful buds with a dank, diesely taste. Smoke up :)

Creative, active and fun. No paranoia, good for adventuring in public.

A must have strain in any smoker's arsenal. Got a very uplifting and euphoric high; was very goofy at times. Very fun!
Method/use: I smoke this as a treatment for symptoms of depression.
Positives: This strain has, quite literally, been a lifesaver. Most commonly I'll use this when I'm experiencing intrusive thoughts (suicidal ideation, self-harm urges, etc.). The high from this strain consistently flips my mood from negative and hopeless to positive and excited about life. It also helps me to put things into perspective which, if you've dealt with severe depression, you know can be extremely difficult in the moment. (This perspective shifting effect combined with a marked boost in creative thought has made for some awesome and often cathartic art projects, too!)
I also use this to stop my borderline personality disorder episodes in their tracks, but that has been a bit more hit and miss so I can't recommend it for that except to say that it might be worth a shot.
Negatives:
-Very little physical pain relief, in my experience.
-Dry eyes
-Mild paranoia as the high sets in, but it's easy enough to shift my focus to something else now that I know to expect it.
Would recommend giving this strain a shot if you're dealing with major depressive disorder, but be careful if you're also hypersensitive to THC/psychotropics in general like I am. In that case, a little of this will go a LONG way and too much can make the paranoia mentioned above a bit more difficult to deal with.
