There is something special about thihs strain. smell, high This was my first experience with Sour D. and I feel it lived up to its reputation. Just one toke of some locally made sour diesel bubble hash put me in a state of profound stillness and centered focus. Able to deal with tasks of the morning with a calm, patient focus. Good with social interactions and rational taks. This was one smoke that I will remember for a long time, it was that good.

I like Sour Diesel. Its a good strain. Small, compact and packs a punch. I actually compare it to Lemon Haze right now since they both make me goofy and tired and are both good for insomnia and deeper sleep. Its not my favorite strain, but is a good quality sativa strain. Warning: it may have strong effects on you if you are a lightweight smoker. It has semi-hallucinogenic effects. Its hard to concentrate on this strain, so imo its not good for doing thinking work or conducting business on. Its more of a high that you should get at night, while watching a movie or having a night in. Its not a party bud, but a personal bud to be smoked at night.

Sour Diesel is one of my favorite strands. Smoking this makes me feel like my brain literally flew out the top of my head. A very cerebral high making the whole world feel better. I smoked two joints of this the morning my grandmother died in the room right by mine, this helped me cope with the loss.

Smell and taste are very distinct. Some enjoy the taste, but some do not. Personally, I enjoy both the vaporized and smoked taste. The high is very cerebral, but don't expect it to make you the life of the party. Most of you is partying inside your head on the come up - once you hit the peak you'll be able to interact and then you will become energized. On the come down, you do become sleepy.

This strain is not something you should pass up. The smell is very potent (something to keep in an airtight container), and comes off as a diesel/lemonish smell. The taste is not bad, i did not find it particularly tasty, but it was certainly not bad. One big hit each from a bubbler and 3 of my friends and i were buzzin. We continued to smoke another bowl and were very high for the next several hours. The high is fun and enjoyable, but one friend and i both had unusual head pressure in the comedown of the high. It felt like a headache, and went away with other weed. Overall, this is not a strain to pass up.
