The Wife reviews
The best strain! I use it to help with my 24/7 migraine status and all the pain, nausea, & especially seizures this type of migraine causes. In the past 5 years, this strain has been all I've used for seizures! NO bad side effects have I experienced from this wonderful strain!
At first I was skeptical about trying this Wife strain since it’s mostly CBD. It’s true to its word! I have neck, shoulder, and back pains due to an accident I had a few years ago. I also have bad anxiety and I get bad migraines. This strain relieved the pains and brought my anxiety level way down without the psychoactivity high in my head. I’ve been looking for a strain such as this one because my job requires me to focus so I needed something that doesn’t cause the psychoactivity high. This strain is perfect! Doesn’t make me sleepy at all either! I want to thank the bud tender who introduced me to this strain. I will be returning to purchase this strain over and over again.

My review is based on my understanding that I was buying a 20% THC product listed as such by liberty. I was pretty upset after going through nearly a quarter in 2 days and came on Leafly to find out once again my dispensary mislabeled. I don't know what CBD does for other folks but it does nothing for me but make me upset that I bought mislabeled medical marijuana... again....
So I like the name of the product and it looks and smells beautiful and is the stickiest of the non-icky which is where the problem lies for me. I've heard people say CBD effects them but it really does nothing for me so I can't really comment on the CBD effect. But I would think that if you are looking for something that looks and smells nice and don't get you stoned this is the one!
I love it. This strain will give you energy, put you in a great mood and you will be the social bug of the party. This is one of my favorite strains hands down.

I loved this strain. I suffer from chronic back pain and RA do to a work injury. Sometimes the pain keeps me from being able to walk. The wife helped with all my issue and I had a clear head when using it. I would highly recommend this strain for pain. Only down side is that it's hard to find. So if anyone knows where it's sold please post the location. I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
Full review below, but for anybody with severe pain wondering about which strain to get, or to even whether to get a medical card at all, for pain relief via medical marijuana, it's my goal in this diatribe to sing amazing praises this single strain has done for my physical, and consequently, mental health in the 2 years since I've started using it.
I made an account here just to comment on this strain. Of the 11 reviews that were already up, only one of them really mentioned its pain relief, and though it was a positive review, it didn't come close to matching just how blown away I was by this strain. It used to be at the Terrapin recreation store, and that's where I first encountered it, but my experience with it was so good from the very first 1/8th, that I followed its therapeutic relief to the doctor and medical dispencary.
Now, you're probably wondering, just what kind of pain is this person talking about? Well, like most of us, mine is a shitty, complex smorgasbord of a bunch of lame stuff, but just to paint a brief picture, I have been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, Peripheral Neuropathy, Radiculopathy, Migraines, Sleep Apnea, etc etc ad nauseam. My problem with medical marijuana is that if it is an exciting strain, especially with high amounts of THC, it can easily overstimulate my nerves and lead to a very uncomfortable few hours where I just end up sleeping off the effects. This strain keeps my head clear, but is able to melt away my head, back, and arm pain, while also drastically helping the nerve pain in my legs and feet. I'm able to function, in multiple meanings of the word, thanks to this strain.
I definitely recommend it to anyone else who is at their wits end searching for something, anything, to let them have an evening of relative relaxation or that enables them to overcome their pain and even complete the most basic of self-care that would otherwise be an extreme challenge.
I reviewed this strain a couple weeks ago and was disappointed. I since tried it with a touch of Harlequin, Remedy, and Berry White, and discovered it is a great base for a blend.
Not only that, but after accidentally measuring out too much Harlequin (10% THC) and having a panic, I have gone back to The Wife as it's own medicine. I didn't feel the effects the first couple times, maybe I didn't use enough, maybe my vaporizer needed to be broken in, I don't know. I need 4-5 deep mouth-fulls of vapor to get the benefit, but it's just enough THC to induce mild euphoria and slight lightheadedness (lasts 5-15 minutes) and a gentle body buzz that lasts about an hour. I never expected anything in the world to work for migraines, but with The Wife, I know it's worn off after an hour because that's when the pain returns.
The aroma is really starting to grow on me as well, and the taste is very mild (like white tea?) and it doesn't have any short-term memory loss or racing thoughts. Any sativa I've tried as a pick-me-up on dreary days always lead to racing thoughts and anxiety, so that's not for me, but this is mildly uplifting for a while, sort of like caffeine.
Maybe I'm a super lightweight and sensitive to THC (under 1% in my jar from Terrapin Farm in Pennsylvania) and eventually I'll need to blend it, but I think the 19% CBD is super helpful to me. I'm glad it exists in a fast-acting format (flower, as opposed to CBD gummies or oil).
PS, anything I got from Terrapin Farm so far has been super fresh, aromatic, and not dried out at all.
This review is for the CONCENTRATE of THE WIFE but
TERRA PENN mixed in Terpenes from Lemon G n Harlequin bit high CBD plants.
First if ya read my review of the flower you,ll find it perfected for how to get CBD, THC all in one mixture that you know u can medicate right,
The WIFES LEMONADE is A 73%CBD and 17% other Terpenes n a small amount of THC.
This is great for first thing in the am for that wake up with a clear head and a relaxed boxed.......
This is a product sold in BUD, CONCENTRATE, VAPES....and best part it’s like a 10:1 mix so it’ll beef up your endocannabinoid system.
I got this at Terra Vida in Abington
Enjoy
Peace
