Founded in 2015, we are Oregon's oldest federally-legal cannabis research and development company, operating in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill. This allows our company to permanently work with unlimited plant numbers and fully explore the diversity and malleability contained in the cannabis genus. Our primary product is scientific knowledge, but we strive to put our best findings into growers’ hands in the form of world-class, non-GMO, and award winning cannabis seeds for production purposes and improve our work every year. 

In 2021 we released the first commercial triploid cannabis seeds. Bigger yields, louder aromas, Certified Organic, Non-GMO, and high in THC, THCV, CBD, CBG, and other minor cannabinoids.

Durban V1 x Auto Durban THCV

The development of this variety is a textbook case of classical breeding applied to cannabis in order to achieve a particular outcome--and holy shit ladies and gentlemen:  mission accomplished.  This is the variety many in the cannabis world have been waiting generations for:  a Durban Poison flavor and experience every single time, but married to a consistently high THCV cannabinoid fraction (50%).  Durban Poison was long rumored to carry a high proportion of THCV, but we never found that to be the case with commercially available germplasm. 

Instead, we took our inbred, in-house Durban and converted it to THCV production through old fashioned line breeding and selection.  When combined with the Auto Durban THCV line, growers essentially get the production consistency of an inbred Durban variety combined with the hybrid vigor of an F1--and the early flowering characteristics that our hybrids are known for.  This is the crown jewel of THCV production for trimmed flowers.

We took one of the superstars of cannabinoid production ("The White," an elite THC variety) and converted it to a pure CBG chemotype. Plants grow into stout bushes with large frosty flowers. Beautiful bag appeal makes it an excellent choice for cut flower, with some producers even running it in light deprivation greenhouses. This varieties dense flower production is better suited for drier climates.

White CBG

Urkle Kush V x Auto Durban THCV

Another case of classical breeding, this time bringing one of the most interesting flavor combinations we’ve experienced to market and doing so with approximately 50% of the total cannabinoid fraction as THCV--truly a marvel to behold.  Our selected production mother “Urkle Kush” (Purple Urkle x Triangle Kush), known for its epic productivity, cannabinoid content, and aroma in our adult use greenhouses, was brought into the varin breeding program in 2020. 

Three years later, we have developed an incredibly aromatic and visually spectacular inbred production mother with a THCV dominant cannabinoid fraction; when combined with the Auto Durban THCV line, growers will experience the most complex and loud olfactory expressions available in THCV rich flowers.

Garlic Berry THCV

Tropical flavor paradise meets compliant trimmed flowers in this triploid hybrid. By pairing our Suver Haze production mother with a type I, varin-rich variety, then inbreeding and selecting over several generations to lock-in our targeted traits of interest, we were able to create the highest, fully legal CBD content variety available to humans. Rich aromas of mango, guava, and coconut merge with the berry notes from VERB to create what may become the most relaxing plant on the planet. Extremely limited release in 2021.

This hybrid features our most prized GG#4 conversion and paired it with our Lifter mother. Farmers will be rewarded with vigorous bushy, upright growth patterns in the vegetative phase that can easily fill 6' centers. By late August, fields will be full of large, oily “goldilocks” buds, perfect for the international trimmed hempflower market. The flavor is sweet funk, with some hints of fuel—very sought after by consumers! Pound for pound, this just might be the most lucrative CBD producer available.

Lifter

Through many generations of inbreeding and chemical analysis we discovered the needle in the haystack in 2016. This CBG dominant strain was the first commercially available. It is a vigorous grower that produces high yields of large flowers. We bred this specifically for biomass producers and its dry trichomes allow for easy combine harvest.

Visitors to our field trials gravitated towards this plant in particular and reminisced about the truly special flavors that emanate from imported Hawaiian flowers (beta-carypholene and humulene are key secondary and tertiary terpenes). Hawaiian Haze brings farmers a unique opportunity to grow equatorially-inspired, long season flavors at any latitude and to do so with large yielding, modern hybrid flower structure.

Hawaiian Haze

Auto CBG was the first high CBG content day neutral (autoflower) variety developed for large scale industrial hemp production. These vigorous growers offer farmers the opportunity to grow a short season crop in early spring for a July harvest. Ideal for biomass producers but not for inexperienced farmers. These fast flowering plants are extremely sensitive and require constant attention in their early days.An •    11-12 week life span under ideal conditions

•    Averages around 8% CBG for whole plant biomass under well grown conditions
•    100-200 grams flower yield per plant if allowed to grow to maturity
•    Will remain below 0.3% total THC, even as manicured flower

Auto CBG

Sour G CBG is our latest release for farmers who want to try something new. Its lineage comes from Sour Diesel, but it is mostly sour in name only. It produces slightly less dense flowers than the White CBG and a stronger nose than Stem Cell. Expect the same vigor, strength, and reliability of all of our other lines with a new twist on CBG.

•   High CBG yielding plant capable of producing upwards of 20% CBG
•   While not an overpowering aroma, the nose is unique relative to any other CBG varieties on the market.

Sour G CBG

A mouth puckering sour citrus and gassy hybrid featuring our GG#4 pollinator. This line has the loudest aromas we've ever produced. Opening a jar is a kick in the face. Consistent shape and structure, large, dense lime green flowers, and blazingly fast finishing times. An excellent total cannabinoid producer with plenty of resin.

Sour Brulee 

Take a walk in the pines with Pine Walker Seedless, the highest varin-content hemp variety on the market. We crossed our heralded “Special Sauce” production mother with a high varin content type I variety, then went to work inbreeding, testing, and refining until growth habits, flavor, and--most importantly--ultra-high CBDV content were all locked in. Then we converted the subsequent plant into a tetraploid by doubling its genome (non-GMO). The result is a plant that will make your eyes water with joy from its pungent pine tar flavor profile. When combined with our VERB pollen donor, expect  triploid hybrids with unrivaled CBDV content--and a nose of pine, cream, and berries. Extremely limited release in 2021.

Triangle Kush S1 x AVL

On its own, we find very little remarkable about Triangle Kush - and even in our S1 lines it was hard to truly love her - but it does make for some incredible breeding stock. Paired with our in-house autoflower, the F1 hybrid offspring take on a wealth of improvements in flower structure and production, faster finishing times, resin content, and bag appeal. Expect the familiar kush aromas of popcorn, dank earth, and fuel - with a heavy splash of lime.

Gobs of gooey citrus resin ooze from this rock solid and prolific flower producer. One of our in-house favorites for not only its powerful and exotic citrus zing, but also for how loaded its branches become. Shorter in stature than some of our other varieties but a fantastic option for indoor producers or those limited on space. As a triploid we see significantly more crystal formation - and its chances of producing seed are far lower than its diploid counterpart. Easy to trim - and even harder to throw out the frost covered leaves that come off of it.

Citrus Slurp Seedless

The mother plant in this cross exhibits the most eye-watering stench we've come across in a cannabis plant - unmistakably ChemD centric somehow tainted further by citrus. Paired with AVL there are vast production and structure improvements, but the smell only gets funkier. Very nice dominant cola's and excellent resin coverage. As a 'half' polyhybrid some plants will boast more characteristics of the Chem and some the Lemon Party - which have very different cannabinoid profiles.

Cali Orange S1 x AVL 

The Cali-O S1 mother we selected for this cross looks more like an autoflower at maturity than a photo - short, squat, and a flower on a stick. Hybridized with AVL and it took on entirely new form with greater vigor, slightly larger node spacing, and an an even more tantalizing combination of sweet and sour citrus - with a hint of vanilla. An excellent producer of A grade flower and a really fun and easy plant to grow.

Trainwreck S1 4X x AVL

Its impossible to ignore how much more resin we see on the triploids in comparison to the diploids - and this 3x plant is a shining example. Denser flowers, even louder sour and spicy pepper notes, and seriously bulked up production. The old school 'Wreck' flavors of this jewel are hard to come by and it definitely hits hard enough to derail even a seasoned consumer. As a triploid the chances of finding seeded flower is significantly less.

When burnt rubber and barnyard clash with earth, fuel, and lime. These plants are loud, fragrant, and frosty. With its TK & ChemD lineage it can crank out the cannabinoids. An overall excellent producer of dense flowers on a sturdy frame. For those on a budget and looking for the numbers from the field and from the lab, its hard to beat this semi-poly hybrid. Two distinct aroma profiles in pheno's, but consistent finishing times.

Girl Scout Cookies S1 x AVL

A compact plant with big flowers and big yields. Great for indoor growers or anyone shooting for smaller plants that still throw down. Excellent trichome coverage and enticing aromas of sweet cookies with a hint of citrus and fuel on the back end. Dense flowers that are easy to trim and an easy to manage plant structure. A great option for first time growers as well.

Sour Diesel x AVL

This famed strain is a total pain in the ass to breed with - and we have never been overly impressed with the outcome with our previous crosses. Fortunately AVL came to the rescue for this semi-polyhybrid. Bigger production numbers, significantly faster flowering, better structure, and mix of aromas from straight lime to straight gas - and some nice combos in between. Growers will find greater variation between plants than with our other true F1's, but we are proud to bring back some old school Sour D flavors in early finishing form.

Durban Poison S1 x AVL

A tasty flashback to a timeless strain with better production and faster finishing times. Durban Poison has long been a favorite for it's fierce terpinolene dominant nose - but we've never been impressed with the flower structure. Even in our S1 lines we never quite found one that trimmed up the way we'd want a flower. Crossed with our AVL pollinator we see much improved structure and a somehow even more eye watering sour aroma.
