This was my first time going to the Newport News location as I frequent the Portsmouth location. The customer service is still phenomenal. I bought a few of their trending 8ths and a vape. The White Cherry Runtz was amazing. The space is much bigger and they were having a comedy show which I attended. Good vibes, good prices, good energy. I highly recommend the Newport News location.

I’ve been going to this shop for more than a year and I’ve never had a negative experience. I’d definitely recommend you checking them out. There’re a Veteran owned and operated shop with a staff that offer great customer service. They have affordable prices on an array of items and a knowledgeable staff to boot. I recommend checking out the beautiful handblown glass peace’s they sale.

I love Franny's & will undoubtedly shop there again - repeatedly. My only complaint is that the prices are high.

I had such a good first experience here. The owner was personable, kind, knowledgable – and accommodating. The prices beat a lot of the new shops' prices around town. This dispensary takes the game to a whole new level from the appearance, to the bar, outside smoking area, products and professionalism. It is so gorgeous in there it makes you never want to leave.
