I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Great selection, knowledgeable staff. High prices but usually have some good strains on good deals.

I stopped by Rise on Detroit in Lakewood this morning 8-15-24 and had a wonderful experience. The person who checked me in John V was welcoming and efficient. I have been coming to this location for the last 2 years and because of people like him, I will continue to do so.

Comfortable friendly shop with helpful employees. Easy on and off I90 using Bunts/West 140th exit. Safe, well-lit parking. Highly recommend shopping here.

I love this place. I have been going here for all my needs for over a year. Since I got my med card anyway. I'm a veteran their 30% discount makes it to where I can buy flower I normally couldn't afford. I'm truly grateful for this place! I just wish they would honor my loyalty points. I had almost 70. Then they just went away. Besides that, a locally owned business for local people. They work hard to keep the best medicine in stock. I got a Galenas 14.15g bag a few days ago. going back tomorrow for a half of Moroccan Peaches!

Short wait, extremely helpful staff. Took a solid 30 minutes to review the menu with me and made a few great recommendations. As another reviewer mentioned, the vibes are immaculate.

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. I will definetly be back and I would recommend Terrasana to anyone. The young man in the lobby who signs everyone in is also very nice. I appreciate all of you. Thank you, Debbie Shisila

Friendly staff and inviting atmosphere. Really liked the layout of the store. Don’t mind using a kiosk at all. When I needed help choosing based on my tastes the staff gave me a great recommendation. The flower I bought is great quality. Will definitely be back.

Friendly environment. The staff are knowledgeable about what they are trying to sell and are there to help you. Prices and quality are the best around. Big thanks to Merl for educating me more about the terpenes. I have been able to control my anxiety a lot better!

The best dispensary around! Friendly staff, and easily has the best selection around. Only suggestions I would have are a few more specials on product specifically flower. Although, in fairness they probably don’t need to since it’s the only dispensary in the area that has flower regularly in stock. Great atmosphere and excellent help. Check them out!

I had the opportunity to be one of the first customers at this location. They had a nice warming tent set up for patients. The environment is very appealing, focusing on local culture incorporated into the design. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about what they carry. The only critique I could mention is the price. Get place.
